ceejay80s:Cool response. I only have some pictures and videos on my laptop and mobile phone which isn't even up to 60GB. Let me contact you on WhatsApp so that we can agree on something. |
michelism:Why did you ignore and remain blinded to my post? |
hmmm |
2TB is much for me. I need 1TB or 500GB capacity. And what are the pre-loaded content? |
Bonapart:Omo, you be English teacher? Am sure you must be part of those people that abuses Mr President on pronunciation. They named him illiterate, but you're not in his league. One of your student must be Madam PEJ. ![]() |
Jonathan's greatest achievement was taking "good care" of our economy; like a 'goodluck' that he is. |

Buy this brand new 20kg detachable dumbell at a very cheap price. I got it from USA yesterday. SETS OF DUMBBELL Iron Dumbbell Set 20kg 4 x 0.5kg, 4 x 1.25kg, 4 x 2.5kg discs 2 x 35.5cm spinlock bars 4 spinlock collars Total weight including dumbbells 20kgs PRODUCT FEATURES Traditional design with heavy-duty cast iron discs Strong chrome spinlock bar and rubber-edged anti-slip spinlock collars Knurled anti-slip hand grip for comfortable lifting Supplied with a workout chart Why Strength training? As one of the most effective ways to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently, strength training is an important part of any fitness programme. Studies have shown that strength training can also help to increase the endurance of muscles, while also helping to increase bone density, reduce resting blood pressure and improve balance and co-ordination. Dumbbells are amongst the most widely used pieces of exercise equipment. Offering users a fully body workout, they can be used in a wide range of exercises. Weightlifting techniques To get the most out of your workout it is essential that you are using the correct weight. As a guide, the last rep should be a struggle. If the dumbbells are too light, simply unscrew the spinlock collar and increase the load slightly by adding another disc. You should still have control over the weight and your form should still be correct - don't arch your back, strain your neck, or rock your body to generate momentum as this can cause injury - but you should feel like you can't lift another rep. Perfecting your breathing techniques when you're working out is also crucial, helping your body to deliver oxygen to your muscles more efficiently. For strength training, exhale on the exertion phase (the lifting, curling or pushing) of the exercise and inhale on the easier phase when you return to the starting position. Proper breathing can also help you to build endurance and ensure good form. Dumbbells can be used to target all areas of the body. Here are a few suggestions to get you started: Walking Lunge Stand upright with feet together, holding two dumbbells at your sides. Lunge forward with your left leg, curling the dumbbells to your shoulders and keeping your elbows close to the body. Your back knee should come close but never touch the ground. The front knee should be directly over the ankle. Push off with your right foot and bring it forward to starting position, lowering the dumbbells to your side. That's one rep. Aim to do 3 sets of 12 - 15 reps on each leg, making sure to alternate legs. Dumbbell Uneven Push-ups Assume a push-up position with your left hand holding a dumbbell and your right hand on the floor. Your hands should be directly underneath your shoulders. Perform a press up by lowering your chest to the floor with your body as one unit. Hold for a count and then return to the starting position and repeat. That's one rep. Aim to do 3 sets of 10 - 12 reps on each side. Standing Bent-Over Row Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent holding two dumbbells at your sides. With your arms at your sides, bend over from the hips until your back is almost parallel to the floor. Pull the dumbbells up, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Pause, then lower the weights. That's one rep. Aim to do 3 sets of 12 reps without standing Price is #16k for Lagos residents with free shipping and #15k for residents out of Lagos with shipping charges depending on the state. No negotiations, price is fixed. I have seen this particular 20kg dumbbell sells for #25k at shopping mall. |

mikkyangel:Mikky you only answered the website's authenticity but left other questions in the post. Please I need answers so that I can make an order fast before the offer is shut. Thanks. |
Hello mikky, I'd like to know if goods bought on www.6pm.com are true to the listings. Are they really what they look on the website on getting them? And I could observe that their sizes aren't in US term. My size is either US 12 or EUR 45 (30cm long). Please how do I choose my size on this website? And what's the meaning of shoes labelled with "unlisted"? Thanks in advance. |

Thanks for this OP. Got tired playing Subway and Temple Run.

safarigirl:Thanks for your input. I wonder how some mentality survives.Like she's really pained that the poor lady is happy getting married to her man. Like you said, "go get your own man"; she's got hers. |
woodcook:Thanks for your input bro. When a hardworking student with a view to pass an exam fails, he wouldn't stop and give up; hope you agree with me? We are students to the government and we'd keep working hard to get it right someday. We are getting there; am sure we would soon. |
Obontami thanks for making sense even though your post didn't depicts whole true of events; from Obasanjo's regime to now, our Naira was never 100 to a dollar and Jonathan didn't bring book Haram. But the truth must be said, that man Jonathan is a Satan himself. And I pray that God rule all his generation and his supporters' like he did to Nigeria. I campaigned and voted for him in 2011, but soon realised that I wasted my vote. God bless PMB for his good intentions and I pray he succeeds. Have already seen the sign of CHANGE; it's everywhere. You won't recognize it though if your brain is still on anticlockwise mode. |
Just listened to the song now. He still has a long way to go. To me, the 'you such a diva' repetition in the song sucks. Although I didn't expect to listen to a hit, still he didn't deliver up to the standard he has set for himself on Nairaland. He's already made Nairalanders expectant with a very long awareness of his album before the release of this track, so I expected better. I noticed that he's got qualities though, but I'd advise him to look out for a good producer. Airforce1, if this is your best track available on your said album, please don't be in a haste to release it, because this track can't be scored more than 50% when one considers the present standard of Nigerian artists' tracks. I hope you concentrates on your next track and stop your publicity tactics, so as not to create high expectations from people. Take no offense at my strict analysis and suggestion; it's for your own good. |

Bro. let me pay N35k. |
Very few men are blessed in disguise. OP you're lucky to be one of them. 'One man's food, is another man's poison'. I have your opposite issue in my marriage and it's not funny at all. You had better get a remedy to this problem before she finds herself satisfied out of your marriage. To be truthful, am always tempted to do same (note that am not a sex machine as her but I love sex). If you can't take care of your home, someone else would help. |
phamous007:Thanks for the review bro...God bless you. |

Mozilla firefox beta does the magic for me. It's a way ahead of the new and old operamini. To test the claimed, download 'opera max' and activate it where 'saving' is written at the top right (check 1st picture). Then load any data consuming website(load 'nairaland.com' for a mini data test) on operamini and draw down your android phone to check the data consumption(like in the 2nd picture). Disconnect Opera Max from the draw-down and re-connect it. Then load same website/page with Firefox beta and compare. Firefox is always better. Note: Am currently using Firefox beta version 34.0(about to update to v.38.0 test if it's better) You will thank me later.

Waist of time and data. You're irresponsible! |
