God does not blame man. He gave man choices to make. After creation, which of course the tree of life was included, made man to be the ruler of the earth. Your focus should be on Jesus Christ who is God. He is the way ; the only way and truth. Jesus Christ is the second Adam that came to save us all. And He did by dying on the Cross. He went to Hades, defeated death which is Satan and the third day He rose in His glorious form, went to paradise took a long with him the saints, came back to his tomb, entered His earthly body, folded the napkin and placed as it should be according to Jewish trads and appeared to his disciples while the saint also appeared everywhere. This singular action by Christ saved mankind from eternal destruction. However, for those who do not believe in him or are too stubborn to do so without repentance, will go to hell when they die especially without repentance at the point of death. So my good friend accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. In the beginning God gave man the ability, the free will to make choices. Man as at then made a wrong choice which Jesus Christ have corrected.

You are free to choose whomever you wanna worship but the truth is Jesus Christ came to save mankind and reconcile man back to God. Therefore Jesus Christ is the way , the truth and the life. Affidavit is powerful but should be in a place it's required. Defection has procedures and I don't think affidavit is part of it.

affidavit is the stronger case here, that is why the SC stylishly kept the hearing for another day.
