Peacecore: When has court affidavit become the procedure for defection according to the constitution? Go and read the procedures for defection if you don't know and stop sleeping on a bicycle If we start throwing out affidavit that was given to court, then we need not to take the court serious anymore. I did confirmation of name, newspaper publication and affidavit from court more than a decade ago. Till today no firm has asked me to show them the publication, all they need is the affidavit |

NOETHNICITY: This is already a forgone conclusion .
The 27 members have denied defecting, and the APC has also publicly stated that they are not members of the party.
Stay away from Ipob and reject any support from them if you want to be successful in life! There is a court affidavit that confirm their defection |
Romance › Re: Imagine This by Michelle70(m): 9:52am On Feb 28, 2025 |
iLegendd: Imagine This
When you wake from sleep, I want you to try something called "Imagine there was no... this... would never have existed."
I go first.
Imagine there was no phone, kidnapping for ransom would never have existed.
Explanation: How would kidnappers reach the family of the victim? Through a town crier? He'd be held to provide who told him to tell the family.
Positive side of phone existing: With phone, a lot of accidents have been avoided even though we know it has also caused lots of cancer.
Some people would've died on the road traveling from one place to another to deliver a message, but they did it from the comfort of their homes.
Also, people can trade crypto or make money with their phones without getting up to use the computer.
There are good sides to everything, but let's focus on the negative impact of white men's introduction of things in Africa and we'll realize 90% of what they brought to Africa is either to destroy us or to control us. They always seem good at first, but there is an agenda and they know we'll surely misuse them. I beg to differ on ur last statement, phone was to make life easier for us, imagine sending letter to ur uncle on 1st Dec in the city that u need money for Xmas shoes, before u will recieve a reply could be April, people use the phones for other things but the good always surpass the bad. Cars, television, radio, internet, electricity, imagine all these things are not here, where will we be. The only invention where bad surpass good is lethal weapons like guns, grenades etc |

Adonisty: Hello everyone,
I’m at a crossroads in my career and could really use some advice from those with experience. I’m a 30-year-old male, and I’ve been teaching for several years now. While I appreciate the experience, I can’t shake the feeling of stagnation—I haven’t truly advanced in my field or made significant strides related to my course of study.
Now, I want to take a bold step forward, but I’m torn between two paths:
Pursuing a Master’s degree to deepen my expertise and possibly open up better opportunities in my current field. Starting afresh by enrolling in a university to study a computer-related course, since tech is a field I find intriguing and potentially rewarding. I’d love to hear from those who have faced similar decisions or have insights into the best path forward. Which option do you think offers better prospects in the long run?
Looking forward to your thoughts! go for masters then learn computer programming while u are on ur masters, u don't have to go to school as there are online and weekend classes on computer programming |

Menclothing1: Not possible solar that will carry all appliances in a duplex will cost u 7m minimum flat 3m minimum Remember if anything happen to any gadget you will buy another
Best thing for band A be on prepaid
Light in Nigeria is still cheaper than all west Africa countries on prepaid not estimated billing I spend only like 20k a month on bandA electricity. 1hp AC, fridge and TV. If I was to install solar to carry these things, it will cost me around 3m, that's like 12yrs worth of BandA electricity. |

shegz24: Apparently, there is a report that they withdrew the Affidavit.
The defection to APC doesnt matter now. They can even be party-less.
What matters is if they have resigned from PDP and only PDP can confirm that with evidence of signed resignation by each of them. If you go to court and present a sign and stamped affidavit from a court of competent jurisdiction, all other documents doesn't matter anymore. If you have sworn affidavit before, you will understand what I am saying. I have a court affidavit and news paper publication on confirmation of name since 2014, till this day nobody has asked me where my name is on the news paper, every organization and firm is only interested in the affidavit. So weda their name is in PDP registrar or not has no meaning as those documents could be altered anytime and day. Na the court case be the koko |

favor914: Party membership is based on registration alone o, not by mere words & an affidavit, go & check the APC register of members in their respective wards to verify if they are registered as APC Members, that is all the Court will rely on, nothing more.
U children will weep profusely for gloating in sheer ignorance of the law. See talk, you have no idea the weight of a court affidavit? I did conformation of name and news paper publication. There is not a single organization that has asked me about the newspaper and where my name is, everyone is interested in the court affidavit as that solidifies everything. The affidavit will nail them |
Politics › Re: Rivers: 27 Pro-Wike Lawmakers Didn’t Defect To APC — Tony Okocha by Michelle70(m): 2:33pm On Feb 27, 2025 |
shegz24: Well, this is very simple to prove.
Before you defect to another party, you have to officially withdraw your membership from your original party.
If PDP can provide the documents the 27 Lawmakers signed and submitted to resign from their party then it is official that they left PDP, irrespective of whether they join APC or not.
But if PDP have no documentation confirming such then they are officially still members. There is already a court affidavit that authenticate their defection |

He recognized MKO Abiola as President and honored him with the GCFR title to mock IBB his lifetime enemy after the 1983 coup.
But Buhari got balls unlike the other people foolishly celebrating the man that killed their famous brother MKO Abiola and even feeling funky about it, I have never seen a cowardly group of people like them, tufiakwa this is not about religion because even Muslims preach peace and forgiveness |
