It is now clear which level of reasoning i need to place you. Now, for the sake of you and those that will stumble upon this thread later, here's is how my Vehicular analogy connects with Mob justice.

Vehicles are great means for transportation. They get you here or there, quicker than horses or camels would ever dream of in decades. But a lot of innocent people end up killed by these vehicles. Now, vehicles are good but does it mean we should ban vehicles?

Mob justice is simply justice, only this time, by the mob. You will agree with me that justice is great as it ensures obedience of law and order while maintaining normalcy.

Now, in connection, Vehicles, like Justice, are great. But because innocent people get hurt by either doesn't mean we should stop them altogether.

As obvious, am not a great teacher but i hope a kindergarten pupil would have gotten my point. If you didn't, here it is again!! The fact that innocent people get killed does not mean we should stop mob justice altogether. Mob justice would not have been necessary at this point but we have no tangible law enforcement agency to curb the increasing crime rate hence the need to uphold justice by ourselves (the mob): because if the mob or the police doesn't do it, who will? God?!!

A pregnant friend of mine was once robbed and rappped. She was 6 mos pregnant she lost that baby two days later and, her hubby was shot. Everyone doesn't have to experience an event before they know something is wrong. I've always said it, I stand with republicans on the death penalty, but definitely not burned alive.
