Some btc was transferred to me through these crypto trading apps. I initiated a withdrawal transaction using my btc trust wallet address but it was flagged by both website on different occasions citing 'unauthorized transaction ' due to the external address used and was asked to make a deposit in order for the address to be registered. I have done my finding about both but couldn't get a convincing results.
is anyone familiar with these exchange website, done any transaction with them before or has account with them?
