The umidigi A3 issue was not your fault. Mine had exactly same issue and it's still there by my window. I tried flashing the rom but it wouldn't boot up despite flashing successfully. I'm hoping that someone will help profer a solution to it.

I just had to admit that I shouldn't go to bed and plug my phone to charge. Be that as it is, it seems some others are having a cruise time with Umidigi phones. I envy them o.

I would be very much grateful Sir if my phone can come back to life again.
I believe so much in honesty and fairness so I think I should respond to some persons insinuatIng that all of us with Umidigi phone issues are to blame for our phone problems. Some people might not be very honest as to what made their phones to start misbehaving, but without being cynical, I cant even tell some people right now that my phone is dead.
I joined the Umidigi brand with the A3 i bought March 2019. The phone made me proud up until last year (2020) September when i left the phone to charge and woke up to see it coming off and on without fully booting. Be that as it was, I accepted my fault, and tried repairing the phone until it went completely dead.
Two months later, i bought yet another Umidigi product, A7Pro after convincing myself that the last issue with my A3 was my fault. Fast forward to March 2021, and my phone has gone off while i was fully awake, browsing while charging it. What can I say but that, "na me do myself!"

I have read where someone had this kind of issue but all he did was just reflash his ROM.

You mean normal phone flashing?

Just move on to another brand and save yourself the headache...

That's what I'm thinking. Just hoping for a different outcome though.

I have an A7pro that I bought last November. Phone went off while charging and never came back to life. Technician says the mainboard is dead. All parts are new.
Is there anywhere I can purchase a replacement motherboard. Please, I need your advice friends. I'd be grateful for any useful tip.
