Re-edit it agaín nd make sure u press save on every page all make sure u fill d 2nd choice option,hopefully it will show

phemmy johnson: Thats more like a problem cos its ur POST UTME APPLICATION...U will definately need it as part of credentialz...They usually check dat during post utme exam..I will suggest u go back 2 d cafe and reprint another 1..Hopefully, its gonna be complete..BE FAST!!
