Politicians, most especially, often forget that Nigerians are not dummies. They foolishly promise heaven and earth, giving false hope, just to get to power. I do pray Buhari has not hurt himself by over-promising the people. Can we expectmuch from a leader that can deny his words even before assuming office?

I am of the opinion that Nigeria belong to all of us, we should just ignore their swelling words and work together to make it work.

Amaechi's statement is an allegation and require confirmation. I don't interfere into politics and I only get concerned because it has to do with men of God. While every good and practising christian will be tempted to defend the good men of God he knows, you cannot vouch for the ones that the Bible refer to as "their belly is their God"(Philippians 3:19) and the ones who are desperate of "filthy lucre" (Titus 1:10-11)
To mention Oyedepo or any other minister , particularly, is not proper except you're sure.
However, it bothers me so much that majority of the so called men of God have erred and continuously bring shame to the body of Christ as a result of their uncontrollable covetousness and gluttony, fulfiling the Bible (evil prophesy) without knowing it.
How then do you blame people who accuse men of God when men of God begin to romance worldliness and politics? Men that you should be feared like God.
How I wish our so called men of God knew that their position as a minister is higher than the seat of presidency.

Come to the issue of tithe, tithe is God's commandment and man cannot stop it. It is a holy thing but the manner it is being handled today is bad. We can discuss that later.
