My first ever post here as I am in dire need of your help sir & ma. My wife just hit 6 weeks today having realized we are pregnant last week with our first scan ystday.

I have siblings in US but both I and my wife have never travelled out of the country. I would really appreciate sufficient guides on recent and verified procedures to begin my wife’s application to enable her give birth in US.
