Crime › Nigerian Born Sex Predator Jailed In UK by Midex88(op): 9:20am On Jun 18, 2025 |
Emmanuel Onwubiko, 36, was found guilty of five counts of sexual assault after a five-day trail at Liverpool Crown Court last month.
On Friday, June 13, 2025, Onwubiko, a married man with kids, was sentenced to two years of immediate imprisonment, and ordered to sign the s3x offender register for 10 years.
Onwubiko assaulted the victim while he was working at a Warrington residential home as an agency care worker on January 1, 2024.
The distraught teenage care worker had a full immersion baptism to try to cleanse her body after being s3xually assaulted by Onwubiko, the court heard.
Liverpool Crown Court heard that on the day of the offences in January last year, the 36-year-old defendant, who had lectured in further education in Nigeria, was employed at the home as an agency worker. They were working together on a ward for patients with dementia and severe mental issues.
Jailing him for two years, Judge Gary Woodhall said, “From the very beginning of the time that day you behaved inappropriately towards her. You demonstrated sexual attraction to her, said she was beautiful and wanted her all to yourself.”
He said his assaults began with touching her br3ast and later touching her b0ttom while she was attending to a patient. On two occasions he squeezed by and touched her v@gina and she became increasingly concerned.
When she became upset, he said that such behaviour was normal in Nigeria and women there would not report it.
"You were trying to put pressure on her,” the judge told Onwubiko.
In a court case last year, it was heard that the victim's dad punched Onwubiko several times to the back of his head after hearing of his daughter's assault. Onwubiko suffered a nose bleed, two chipped teeth, and a month later, it was confirmed that he had a subdural haemorrhage.
He underwent an emergency operation which involved a hole being drilled into his brain.
The victim's father was sentenced to 18 months in prison, suspended for two years, and ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work.

HelenaWills: While it was being driven to my place. Overheating happened and it damaged the four coils. There right there, I spent above 250k fixing radiator, automated dashboard, four coils, plugs, oil gauge stick, mobil oil, gasket and some stupid things.
They fixed it, and it worked for a few minutes till it broke down again and I had to change filter and fuel pumb with some minor things because car won't move. After a while... it moved again then stopped. This time it was the kick but before they figured it out. I learnt the roadside Kazeem had almost pieced the car in search of a fault that wasn't there.
While we were on this, I decided to replace the steering pump and rack because the steering had become stiff and so difficult to turn. This cost some fortunes.
Mind you, like play like play, this car had spent about 3 months at different locations. I got tired at this point and decided to leave it under bridge in Ojuelegba where I was asked to pay #400 per day but begged for #200. It was there from December till last month.
I was told it overheated again while moving from God knows where to Ojuelegba and I needed to replace the coils all again. Let's no forget there were different electrical issues that I can't even list out because I don't even know what to call them. But now, the gear is making one annoying and disturbing sound and they are asking for an arm and heart to fix it. It will be one year by next month and car hasn't made it to my house. It can't even go beyond 25Km/h nor can it climb hills. Very frustrating. This story made me remeber my first car, bought it for 500k. it was one day, one problem till i sold it as scrap when i japaED for America in 2021. Now all glory be to God Almighty |
Properties › Re: 10 Omonilelawyer’s Rules On What You MUST Do Before You Buy A Land Or House by Midex88(m): 4:38am On May 12, 2025 |
lawyer: Inheritance lands can be verified either through a Will or a Letter of administration showing who the new beneficiaries of the land are. If there is no will or letter of administration, it can be verified through local knowledge of all the interested parties connected with the land confirming ownership of the land verbally.
For example in Yoruba lands, everyone is entitled to their own portion of land individually and covered under the general family name. You could have 20 plots of land belonging to a Balogun Family and 3 plots could belong to Kunle, 5 plots to Segun, 2 Plots to Nike, 4 Plots to Kamoru, 1 Plot to Gbenga, 2 Plots to Demola, and 3 Plots to Afeez.
All these 20 plots belong to the Balogun Family and each member has their own individual number of plots allocated to them and every member of the family knows the location of each other's land and the amount of land they own.
If Segun now decides to sell 2 out of his 5 plots allocated to him, all the other family members must be in the know that 2 out of his lands are going to be sold to a stranger so that there won't be any issues tomorrow.
Segun is not obliged to share money with them but he must inform them and in most situations to give comfort to the new buyer of Segun's lands, all the remaining members of the Balogun family would act as signatories to sign the deed of assignment for the new buyer to ratify the transaction,
These are some of the little steps one can take to verify a land if there is no existing paper work or inheritance. Nice peice. |

So he went abroad for better opportunities, not to fund a Netflix original wedding special. ₦5 million for hall? Are they renting Buckingham Palace? This isn’t a marriage list, it’s a ransom note with glitter. This is financial bullying disguised as tradition. No one should be guilt-tripped into debt just to prove they’re worthy of marriage. If love is truly the focus, then families should be helping, not handing out impossible price tags. |
