I told you guys that next phase after shortlist for test usually takes months. But you are here throwing tantrums. You've not even been called for the next stage which includes credentials screening or hopefully documentation if they want you guys to be documented before training.. But you are here counting days for training school.. Some guys even wanted to enter training by March.. Once you are lucky to enter, hold the job tight, federal government recruitment especially uniform job no be moi moi.. They will slow down everything that you would even be thinking if the recruitment is cancelled not untill you guys start to receive mail for the next stage.. As for people giving you date or month for the next phase.. I don't care to know your sources, all i can beat my chest on and tell u is they don't do stuffs like that in uniform job by setting Audio date, everything will come inform of circular which could be leaked out or remain coded till the general public are informed. Your set won't be the first to pass through this kind of delay and won't be the last.. But quote me down, you guys still have a long way to go.. if you are sure you would make it then start thinking of training school August downward.. You've not even witness anything called delay yet, wait until they are compiling the final list.. Then you guys would understand better. Best of luck

Official :nairaland is a place for mad people, people who can't mind there business, pained and frustrated people, jobless souls and haters especially the so called redmi users, they are the most useless set of people on nairaland, very useless and shortage to the economy at large. Illiterates that will never understand the concept of CHOICE in Economics but always eager to condemn other products once they can manage to use their life savings to get a redmi product they feel like semi gods.

Another set of mad people on nairaland are the people that always eager to compare every phones with Samsung and iPhone. You see this category are people that supposed to be used for specimens in the lab or to test how effective is Coronavirus because they are the most useless human beings on this planet. Screening out people is pretty easy. After this cbt, all they need to do is raise the cut-off for the cbt. By the time they put 70-75 as cut-off, most people will be screened out. So criteria for screening people out is the least of their worries.

By the way, this stage is not where the main "magu-magu" will start, it will be after the final stage (interview). If CG H. Ali sincerely wants to ensure transparency close to 100%, he can do it BUT he will have to be engaged in this recruitment "directly".

1. He will have to cross-check the 162k names against the 800k + names to ensure everyones called for the cbt actually applied for the job
2. After shortlisting for screening is done, he will have to do the same by cross checking and then hold on to the list for future scrutiny.
3. After screening, same is done for the interview list till the final shortlist of the "successful" applicants.

If he can do all this, then I will see how anyone will sneak anyone's name in the successful applicants list

If CG Ali is not willing to carryout at least step 2 and 3 himself, then it would be impossible to get anything close to "transparency" in this exercise.

Which merit will happen in recruitment where over 150k sat for the exam and 3k plus, less than 5k is needed.. Which criteria will they use to screen out over 70 percent. Physical and credentials screening exercise (where over 70% of those that wrote today's exam would be screened out without any reason) once you pass this stage. Your chance of getting the job is 90% already. But your leg has to long pass river Niger, this is the stage where merits ends. Nothing like i receive it by Faith, nobody needs your first class or course of study. This is the stage where politicians and top officials comes in.. Remember their candidates did not sat for the exam. This is the stage where money start speaking.. Let me rest here
