I was an ardent reader and collector of books
Such that by second semester if my 100 level I had over a hundred novels under my hat..half of it Hadley chase

In my 500level I had made a list of over 1000 novels I had read ( the ones I could remember)..

Already I had joined creative writers association in school and already seeing myself as a writer.. I had read all available dictionaries cover to cover .nearly all the books on psychology in the library..if I see me argue theories of Sigmund Freud and discuss Piaget and Pavlov with social scientists and even clinical psychologists u will think I'm a psychiatrist.. I devoured nearly all know texts on philosophy..medical books were not spared my reading onslaught..I chop guyton and hall plus lasts anatomy..amongst others

Fast-forward to youth service year in ungogo nysc kano.i had already started writing 9 novels simultaneously..I don dey see myself as Dean koontz,Steven king,Jonathan kellerman,robin cook, Sheldon,archer,Steele ,puzo , Forsythe ,chase etc rolled into 1 big author

Omo fast-forward to now..I be businessman now for one of the Nigerian mkts. I havent done badly in the trade over the years tho. But I never knew that my passion will vaporize like that. Naija dey true true reset plans. When hunger set in,no body tell me to 'find reasonable thing to do'

I read the first few sentences and almost threw up. Somebody calling others illiterate doesn't know when to use proven and proving...also using portrait instead of portray.I had no need to read further lest I lose more vital brain cells.

I use 97k fill rx 350 today..

Wetin I dey use around 55k fill some few weeks back...is that not some 40k off my purse..every 2weeks ..

Now add that to the attendant increment in nearly every other thing I consume...
