She should go with her NIN slip that bears her maiden name. The court affidavit and newspaper publication for change of name already covers that. Cheers

Want to process int passport for my wife, we now have all documents including change of name publication and affidavit, also she hasn't process any passport before, this is her first time.


My question is, her NIN slip carries her maiden name, can we go ahead to process passport with this NIN?

Got an info that you can't do 2 NIN as its against the standard rule.

I gathered all the information needed for DIY here and did my capturing in Osogbo immigration office last month, but right now all what they are saying is there is no booklet, but I need this passport as Soon as possible, and when I requested for my enrollment id inorder to use it for checking up and complain at appropriate channels , I was told by them that they don't issue it anymore. Please how true is this? Also can I make use of my application id, ref no, or validation no in replacement of the enrollment id to do the follow-up?
