What kind of cinnamon do you want? Cassia or ceylon?

Cassia Cinnamon is mainly from China, inexpensive and it's what most stores sell here in Nigeria.
Ceylon on the other hand is the original, more expensive version from Sri Lanka, hardly sold in Nigeria or mixed with cassie cinmamon to be passed off as Ceylon.
