Hi guys.. Kindly go for the test. Viathan are the guys in charge of the IPP servicing marina and PIPP at lekki. They bought it over last year. Privileged to work in their plant (previously gasco marine) in 2015.

Did any of you answer that the flours were different? during the FLOUR TEST

for example...question 1..have you even found yourself in a situation where you needed to satisfy yourself and your colleagues by doing what is not expected of you?...
question 2...if you are in a team and your team leader is the type that does not take your opinions into consideration and you see that your ideas would salvage a dangerous situation...what would you do as a good team player??
your answers to these questions are found in their core values.....they can rephrase questions like these to know if you are being sincere or not....and to throw you off balance....
just go through your CV...you'll be good to go

lolzzzz....dont be scared bro...they would like to know how proactive you were in any project/team you've worked on in the past or present...they want to know how you can respond to real life situations as a team leader/player....do not cram so as not to mess yourself up...just be yourself...if you do not understand any question they ask you...tell dem to repeat...and then use that time to figure out what to say...all the best

Don't prepare for something too serious. This stage will test you prowess in practical situations.
You'll be splitted into different groups of 3. Each group would take turns carrying out two different test. Anyone of these two described below could come first for your group.

Test 1: You'll be presented with a sample of flour which you are to measure and sift through a series of sieves. You'll be making use of a sifter which you most likely haven't used before so I'm sure your ability to understand how machines work would be graded.
Hint: ensure each of the sieves are perfectly fitted into each other and the clamp STRONGLY TIGHTENED over the top cover.

Test 2: You'll be presented with two samples of flour and required to determine if they are from the same flour or not. Colour, texture and a comparison of particles under microscope should help you make your decision.
Hint: You should ask if you are allowed to taste. I didn't and I felt stupid since flour is perfectly edible.
