Pagan9ja is right we need water to live but there are things called water wraiths that kill people in the water drowns them but these spirts are caused by a death in the water itself like if i hold a person underwater and killed them and they want revange they become a water wraith but the odds of that slim to none cause i do the reaserch on peranormal im also wiccan i study these things for years
