I actually need a guide and interpretation on this dream.
God has been really faithful even after loosing my parents at a very young age, thought all hope was lost, but God intervened even seeing me through till i graduated from the university after many setbacks and delays.

Coursera will make you a great programmer. The cert is accepted world wide. That's what my friend's friend is using. That's what he used to get employed.

In your case, don't wait for employment, but build things that'll make you employ people. I have used my phone to make millions and I know you can do better. The government is a useless government, so don't hope on them.
