On the issue of lost item.

I can attest that I was the owner of the new gold iPhone 6+ that got lost last December.

And honestly as Mikky stated, he took care of everything amicably and professionally even though it wasn't his fault as the said phone was suspected to have been stolen at the airport or custom clearance coupled with the huge lost in Mikky's part. I was patient, he was understanding and I installmentally got refunded even way ahead of the time he promised.

Hopefully it gets done right again this time.
