the phones are great, but they had no Service/Maintenance Care, i got fero v501 and the screen got broken. i was unable to fix i outside (No screen Available), likewise in there new Service centre whe i take it to, No screen Available as well.. if your phone is faulty and you can't get it fixed then why getting a phone?
