Healthcare in the US is good...but Americans pay heavily for it...even when they have insurance. (There is a reason why many Americans want universal health care..but that means high taxes as in many European countries).

Buhari is bad, but you cannot get US health care at a budget of $3 billion. We need a budget of $100-200 BILLION before we can see some good health care, and that involves major changes in our economy from an resource dependent to a productive industrial economy

Having watched over a 1000 football matches, I've come to notice that headers are almost impossible to save.

I've regularly seen keepers save leg shots from point blank range, but once a striker gets a header on target, 9 times out of 10 it ends in the back of the net, even if it's from some yards out.
So why is it difficult for keepers to save headers? And yes I've checked Google but didn't get satisfactory answers.
