It was a gory scene yesterday, Sunday, November 29, when a truck crushed a pastor, Ojo Mattew, and a commercial okada rider to death on Oyero Road, Ijoko, in the Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun state.The Punch reports that the pastor was on a motorcycle in which the rider, Ayo Nugbohoyon, was heading for church before the truck carrying cement and asbestos pushed them to the way of an oncoming Toyota Camry car, carrying five members of a family, who were also going to church.

 

The driver of the car, identified as Samuel, and his family members – wife and three children – reportedly were injured and were rushed to a nearby hospital. The car fell into the drainage channel by the roadside. The truck with plate number Lagos EPE712XH, was on its way from Ogba Ayo to Oyero before its tyres slipped off, running into the motorcycle. A celebrated artiste in Akwa Ibom, Artist Ite, was buried in an amazing casket last Saturday, November 28.

An unidentified man has been reported dead during a marathon sex with a prostitute in a brothel in Oshogbo, Osun State, on Saturday, November 14, according to reports in the Tribune Newspaper.

The man whose marital status was noted by the wedding ring on his finger, was said to have died of exhaustion after he had engaged the commercial sex worker all night at the brothel named Morak Hotel situated at Ago Wande area of the city.

The discovery of the man's death body led to the harlots fleeing the brothel for fear of being arrested by the police.

A man who owns a shop close to the brothel claimed to have witnessed the evacuation of the corpse from the place by the police.

"I was in my shop late that Saturday and before I left, many vehicles were parked near the brothel, but that did not raise any concern.

When I resumed the next morning, I noticed that the brothel was virtually empty. There was no sign of life there at all. The entrance door was closed but door to the bar was slightly opened.

Unknown to some of us, some of the occupants of the house confided in their friends about what happened before they ran away.

Later around noon, policemen came and evacuated the body of the man. We were told his wife was among those that came with the police when the corpse was evacuated.

But no one could identify the man in our area. His car was also taken away by the people that came with the police."
