Kindly state which particular package(s) you're on, and whether or not the service has been rock solid?

Your response may just influence my decisions on ntel subscriptions moving forward. TIA.

(I've been on the regular N12.5k monthly unlimited bundle; the service had gone off for more than a week in my crib. The service was extremely irregular and essentially unusable long before it went off, anyways.

However, it got restored two days ago, and so far has sustained the d/l speed now capped for the plan - about 1.3MB/s, which is about 10mb/s.)

ok here we go, since i started using NTEL late last year i have been quite pleased with their service though there is still room for improvement
whenever i have huge files to download i prefer using the N500 unlimited 2 night plan since it was launched, it does the job for me, i can download more than 5 hd movies on torrent in 4 hours with a speed of about 900 KB/s and a speed of 2 MB/s on IDM for my regular downloads. it blazes superfast for me.
what i do is that i buy N500 NTEL airtime through their NTEL portal http://mc.ntel.com.ng/, then i subscribe exactly 2 to 3 mins after 12 midnight, thats it.
but lately i prefer going for the N1,500 NTEL UNLIMITED 7 nights plan, works perfect. 7 whole nights of streaming and download. bro it rocks.
sometimes around 3 am i get speeds as high as 6 MB/s though not everytime but i get steady download speeds of 1.4 MB/s on IDM everytime from 10 pm to 5am
my location: Area 1 Garki FCT Abuja.

nothing beats NTEL 4G ADVANCED LTE UNLIMITED PACKAGES, the best for me so far .

the problem is they are not giving me any explanation, what i did now was that i bought the N500 plan with my atm card from the ntel care portal, i waited till a minute past 12 minight before i activated the N500 2 days plan, i want to see if it will work for me for 2 days now. if it worked i will inform u so that u copy my style

i have subscribed for the ntel Lite night plan which costs N500 on 4 occasions now, it supposed to last for just 2 nights from(10pm to 6am), but aside the 1st time i subscribes that actually last the 2 nights, the other 3 occasions has worked for only 1 night for me, even google no fit open the 2nd night, after complaining to the desk attendant in their garki 2 office she advised me to send a mail to care@ntel.com.ng which i did ystdy, later i got a reply from them that nothing is wrong with my line and thanking me for being an ntel customer and that they will look into it bla bla bla, but nothing has changed, i still experienced the same thing, only one night works for me, please is anybody here using this 2 night lite plan for N500 that i use too? if yes please what is the persons experience like? does it work for 2 nights (as claimed by ntel) or it works for just one night? i really want to know before i subscribe again. this people are not telling us the truth. i cant be paying for N500 just for a night instead of 2 nights they told me the plan works.
