Spanish FA boss, Luis Rubiales continues to fight to prove his innocence that his kiss on the lips with Spanish Women's star Jenni Hermoso was consensual, with his latest evidence that has been sent to FIFA.

Rubiales has found himself under media scrutiny after grabbing and kissing Hermoso while awarding medals after Spain triumphed over England at the 2023 Women's World Cup final.

He has been under media scrutiny, with many female football personalities condemning the action and the player involved claiming that she did not like the incident.

The FA chief insists the incident was consensual amidst calls that he is immoral and should step down from his position.

Rubiales submits evidence to FIFA

According to Metro UK, the former Levante defender has been provisionally suspended for 90 days by the world football governing body, FIFA, amidst an ongoing investigation into the incident.

As exclusively reported by El Espanol , Rubiales has now submitted a video to FIFA showing Hermoso joking about their kiss on the team bus while some other players were chanting "kiss, kiss, kiss".

The video shows the CF Pachuca star laughing at a collage on her phone of the incident alongside a picture of Iker Casillas kissing reporter Sara Carbonero, whom he later married, after the 2010 FIFA World Cup final.

As seen in the video, the players at some point chanted "presi, presi" ( "president, president", with Rubiales also on the bus, which explains why the 43-year-old has insisted the player took advantage of public outcry to lie about the incident.
