I think sex is very highly overrated. Nothing special about it. You don't loose anything if you don't have sex, nothing like konji its just the state of your mind. If your mind is preoccupied with something serious you wont even remember the last time you had sex talkless of having the urge. you don't gain anything either when you have sex I can't speak for the ladies but for guys you actually loose sperm. Sperm is extremely rich in nutrients that nourish our bodies.
