marshalcarter: There are Some folks here that are being used by the powers of darkness to sow seeds of doubt to people that are making a conscious effort to come to the light. Discouraging comments like that does not add any value or contribute to overcoming the stronghold of fornication therefore it and the author has no place in the message. I don't know if you are saying its OK to keep slipping back to that which you have promised not to do. If you are sir, its wrong. There are strong people as well whom have resolved as well to stop it and succeeded. People that want to be like those people are whom this message is for. And by the Grace of God they will overcome it. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Nigerians who do una this jazz? How can Nigerians forget so quickly that this is same Atiku together with obj his boss during their time which their government stank of corruption and even till this day Atiku is still marred in money laundering controversies. What happened in 2015 is exactly playing out where Nigerians were fed up with the corrupt Jonathan administration and hastily embraced buhari whom presented himself as the messiah despite being rejected by same Nigerians 3 times. Now Nigerians are currently "Atikulating" and when he assumes power and starts messing up you guys will come here to start ranting and after four or eight years instead of doing the right thing but because of the jazz dey do una, may be then saraki will present himself as the latest messiah the jazz will make Nigerians to start sarakitulating and blind to every other contestant. And the cycle continues all over again. Nigeria wake up!!! Atiku and buhari are not the only aspirants for crying out loud!!! and quite frankly neither of them deserves a single vote. 43 Likes 8 Shares |

Blue3k: thanks for the grammatical correction, however i am not trying to decorate this piece neither did i attempt to make it perfect because it is not formal. but i will add paragraphs to make reading easier. the maths is correct assuming =N=1 equals $400(i did a foreign transaction few days ago with my verve card from a nigerian bank and was charged roughly =N=410 to $1) however you you erroneously used 89000 work force instead of the 87000 , but thats not the point, the point is there is more than enough money to comfortably pay 100k minimum wage including the dwarf or drawf capital or whatever comes with it. these figures i gave are just off the top my head, more humongous sums are stolen everyday which is secret and no one knows about. was it not a well known man that publicly boasted in ekiti state that he is very richer than the state. |

Politics / Why =N=100,000 Minimum Wage Is Very Possible. by millomaniac: 2:56pm On Oct 12, 2018 |
my thoughts on why i think the =N=100,000 minimum wage is very possible for atleast federal civil servants. First we all you have to snap out of the deceit and brainwashing of these politicians that there is no money, infact there is so much money you can find it anywhere you go in this country, under the pillow, in uninhabited flats, in a store built and money packed liked containers of goods with ac installed to keep it chilled, in the sink, snakes are swallowing them, in the soak-away, some are just simply dissapearing. i can go on and on and on. The major reason the nigerian government gives why workers wage cant be increased is because their is no money *laughs out loud* now if you believe this then no offense but you lack common sense. let me just list some very few documented!! findings that i can remember that is enough to pay the 100k minimum wage for straight 37 years, whistle blowing alone has recovered =N=9.2 billion and over $151 million. obasanjo recovered $505 million, few days ago the house of reps discovered =N=21 billion and $104 million undeclared revenue in 2 separate accounts, alhaji lai mohammed himself said =N=78 billion and $9 billion has been recovered in stolen loot so far in the present administration. Now these are just some few off the top of my head(that translates to =N=3.955 trillion divided by the 89,000 federal civil servants is =N=44.4 million each which will pay 100k minimum wage for atleast 37 years ). my people the problem with nigeria is that there is never going to be enough money for the greedy to steal, what you have to understand is there is no way you can run an effective civil service with people being paid $46 a month, there in lies one of the sources of corruption. do you know since 1999 the national assembly as a whole has increased their salaries by over 5000% . do you know each of the 109 senators goes home with no less than =N=13.5 million a month Plus 200 million for constituency projects not to talk about their 360 counterparts in the house of reps?, do you know that the national assembly budget for 2017 was $393 million? do you know that this buhari federal government spends =N=774 million every blessed day on petrol subsidy? do you know that our economy is bigger than that of south africa? south africa minimum wage is 3.5k rand that is equivalent to 100k and According to Statistics South Africa its June 2014 Quarterly Employment Statistics (QES) survey, there were 455,701 national government employees, now compare that to the nigerian federal civil service which currently roughly have about 89,500 workers, meanwhile the 2018 budget pegged oil price at roughly $51 per barrel oil has been selling far above that price for months and currently selling roughly at $80 per barrel now. According to the International Energy Agency, Nigeria produced about 2.53 million barrels (402,000 m3) per day, well below its oil production capacity of over 3 million barrels (480,000 m3) per day, now do the maths, my friend and ask yourself what exactly is the government doing with all these excess revenue embarassed. when you increase the purchasing power of workers you are not causing inflation, rather you are creating jobs and breathing life to small businesses, in a country of well over 185 million people increasing the salaries of 89,000 people will not cause inflation. politicians steal billions of naira, their friends and relations buy private jets, nigerian customs generates about 1 trillion yearly, revenue from tax in nigeria was over 4 billion in 2017 and is expected to hit 6 billion in 2018, nigeria maritime administration and safety agency generated 300 billion last year and is expected to increase this year, as far back as 2013 alone total cash remitted to the fG by NNPC was $50 billion.........arghhhhhh !!!!!! i am just getting worked up typing this. you can continue wallowing in your ignorance or wake up from your slumber. now many sheepish nigerians are are singing atiku because everybody else is, oh my God!! the 2015 election scenario is exactly playing out again where nigerians where so frustrated with the jonathan government they wanted him out by all means and thought that buhari was there way out. just the way Atiku is selling himself as the way out but clearly the handwriting is on the wall for all to see. God save our Blessed country nigeria Amen. |

Ofcourse Atiku will fail Nigeria woefully, if he becomes president, although I doubt if he can break the record in failure currently held by buhari. the handwriting is there on the wall for all to see. It's just that the current government has frustrated Nigerians so much that they are desperate to get rid of it. Exactly same scene that played out in the 2015 elections just that this time the desperation has never been more intense. Nigerians should for once use their heads and be brave and shun this sheepish crowd mentality. For crying out loud buhari and Atiku are not the only ones contesting elections. A vote for any of them is a vote for more pain and suffering. 3 Likes |

Buhari that has been a president before what did he achieve many of these governors have been in government all their lives what have they achieved. Donald trump has never been in government all his life look at the wonders he is performing. Please don't talk like you are the fool.
