This is the last time i will use this app. Can't log in for days now, all of a sudden it's telling me to input an OTP sent to my mail, yet i didn't receive any OTP from Billpoint. Funniest thing is, their customer service seem not to be able to do anything about it.. This is not the first problem I've been encountering with this app. Like slow networks/receipts, etc. It's sad to see this (once great app) going down the drain due to the incompetence and negligence of the employees.
