It's always very hard to teach you G&H things on this platform.

But first... the universities will all compile names of the students slated for loan. And send to NELFUND. Then the agency writes to CBN/presidency.... Approval will be granted and money sent to NELFUND to disbursed according to what was submitted.

Asking NELFUND to apply separately for funds to start going to all the universities involved to investigate if the money applied for is truly what is supposed to be Is a waste of resources. Same you will accuse the government for wasting money.

The person who will be giving the money to fly to those states might even refused to do that while making calls to people in those states to make the findings for them. Whichever it is..... it's a waste of funds.

Now the issue is on the universities to be truthful... The are the organ that is going to destroy the scheme. While still blaming the government.
In 2025, one needs to fly to visit several Nigerian universities in order to know the actual school fees of universities...the funniest thing I have read on the Internet this morning.😂😂😂

How NELFUND don't have a database of the actual school fees of universities in Nigeria, is still a joke!😂😂😂😂

Every agency of the government established have a limite to what they can do.

It's the people that bastardize the efforts of the government while pointing fingers to the governor not doing enough.
So anyone can give any number and payments will be made without verifications?🙄

There is no limit to being thorough in administration of duty, so stop rationalizing incompetence!

NELFUND released the amount written to them to release.....

This is clearly the fault of the universities and the persons behind the letters written to NELFUND.
And NELFUND has no system in place to verify the actual school fees?🙄

NELFUND officials and the universities are doing collabo to scam students and you are absolving NELFUND!😂😂😂

We too sabi what working in public service means here and side job hustle. We know what can come inside as money using the agricultural sector as a side hustle in the north for those wey sabi as e dey go.
Nigeria's quality of public service job is no where near mine, here in London as I am in a position to compare.😎

My side hustle is 100% remote and never at risk of being kidnapped by bandits nor my farm messed by herdsmen and their herds of cattle.😎

Those farmers in the north "way sabi as e do go" should continue to enjoy their proceeds while I also enjoy mine here, in London. 😂😂😂

I guess, with more pay/less time, it doesn't consume too much of your energy, as well?

Please, what skill set is this, that pays you more while consuming less time (preventing you from working like a slave)?
I work in public service with a London borough, 36hrs per week as a Clinical Practitioner in children services.

My side hustles are Neurodevelopmental Assessments and E-therapy sessions, all from the comfort of my home office....the hourly rate is cool.

Rent in the UK can be high.

It's better you don't live in London where rents are probably the most expensive.
I live and work in London, yes it is the most expensive just as Lagos is to Nigeria.

Be highly skilled, earn better and you will enjoy the good, London has to offer.

Just as in Lagos, there are affordable rental spaces in some parts of London, where one can start out.

That box room is part of climbing the ladder, here in the UK.

I started out in a small space as a student, now in a way bigger place and cool neighbourhood with my family.

I don't work like a "slave" as I am into a skill set that pay more, for less time and that is something achieving in Nigeria, will be more struggles.
