I also work in a Youth Offenders Institute (prison) here in England, where under 18s, who have killed people, are arsonists, drug dealers, rapists etc are securely kept and are appropriately catered for.

Wrong move. FG should get rid of dual citizenship. You cannot become a citizen of America, England or wherever and still maintain your Nigerian citizenship. Close all Nigerian embassies and consulates abroad. Anyone who needs Nigerian passport renewal should be allowed to fly to Nigeria to get it done.
