Omega 3,6,9 will never cause such. Vitex is the likely culprit. It's likely still regulating you. I'll suggest you continue for now. But did you have irregular or absent periods in the first place? Vitex can mess up cycles in women with regular cycles.

UPTILL NOW I HAVE NOT SEEN AF OH . should I be worried? Should i continue? How soon will i see AF? I read some people get result same week.Also I noticed that I don't get hungry.unlike b4 that I eat intermittently. Now I only eat to satisfy my curiosity. Could it be the result of Omega 369? There's also a bit of firmness in my breast. It was very tender before.

3rd trimester is not easy o!
Lo kicks so hard this days that sometimes I scream. If I sleep for too long, the boy go kick me till I wake up!

My doctor say make I no carry any heavy load, make I no bend, say make I just de chill. Lol. Came back and told dh. Any time he sees me bend small, he will say "remember doctor said no bending"

sometimes consulars need stubborn applicant...i wld av prefer you hold on to the appeal ...if its taking too much time, all u av to do is to send them a comprehensive emotional letter.....cos the visiting visa applicatn might seems to them like you want to get in at all cost...let me share my case with u, i apply online to visit my wife and daughter and dey refuse me, i was mad cos reason was travel hist and econmy ties of which av bn all over d world except canada,china & australia..i reapply via paper apps with letter indirectly asking dem to aplgz to me as i was refused wrongly....my visa was issued in 3wks...they knw dat if you are in you av means of gettn a permit....hwever i wish you postv respons on ur apps ..

From my own findings the fertile tea already have vitex in it. So i think you can take vitex and omega369 together pending when you get the fertile tea. Which means that the tea can also be taking with omega369.

Please i need advise as to which way forward. I am new here. Pls help a sister. My story- i applied for a spousal visa June 2015. Along the line it was taking son long and needed to see my husband so we decided to put in visiting visa thru online application (WE STATED THAT WE HAVE A SPOUSAL VISA ON GOING) . I was called for an interview in July 2016 and for no reason the lady I met refused me. It was devastating staying all alone without my husband. Anyway Hubby sent a notice of appeal and we are on that.
I read online that I can visit my husband while they continue with the spousal visa, (reason why we put in visiting visa in the first place). The Visiting Visa I put in was since May 19th 2016. Up till now I haven't heard from them. I sent a reminder to them they responded ""Your application is on queue for processing"" over a month ago. I sent them a reminder again 5days back till now no response. I pray miracle happens oh. I need to see my husband for heaven sake. Please I need your response. What should i do again? also please I don't mind if you can direct me to a thread for CANADA spousal visa on NL if there's any. Bless u people of God.

I was told there are 2 types one is 2k+ and one is 5k+. I opted for the 5k+ because they said it's from a known company. I looked for the fertile tea I couldn't find. Still searching though.

Irregular/ceased menses can be as a result of the following : hormonal inbalance ( high prolactin causes ceased/ irregular period) have u checked your prolactin level? Also, PCOS, ovarian cyst and asherman can cause same. Visit a good gynae and do appropriate tests to know where the problem is coming from. Take care

Yes the Hormonal assay i did,the issue was between FSH &LH. Seriously I'd tried and most times the few gyno i saw places me on contraceptive pills which doesn't really do much.
