Please i need a clarification oh. Remember i was trying to bring back AF. My Gynae had placed me on medication (progesterone and later palodel) for 3month and nothing was happening. My last visit to Him he told me to go to parlodel again but my people i was sincerely tired until i threw it here on this platform and some people suggested Primolut-n. Which i took and AF came. Now i was with my doctor today with my file infront of him he was still asking me foolish questions (story for another day) so i told him my story over again.The medication he had prescribed etc and i told him i used Primolut and AF came. He got angry and said why did i used it? Etc. I told him he (doctor) told me all the medication u prescribed in the past was for AF to come so we can do Hormonal profile test... And so that wasnt working for me and i used primolute and AF came.....He spoke all the grammars and i just got confused cos this was a man that told me in one of our conversations that Primolut-n is also a type of progesterone.
My feelings is did he get angry because i achieved result on my own?
This man said i shouldnt do any hormonal profile this month cos the result wont be accurate #sigh#
That i should wait till next cycle if AF show naturally then i should come back for the Hormonal profile.

I last saw my period Dec 16th, since then I've done blood test, strip test nd scan. al negative nd no period. saw my gyne nd I was placed on primolut N to induce d period.
nw my fear is dat I've all d symptoms of pregnancy, shld I tak d drugs to induce d period.

I would advise you follow your heart. If you feel you want to wait a little more to confirm...why not! Pause the Primolut...May be by March midmonth you can go for another blood test. By then if actually it happened... you will be 3 month preggy and you can be sure about all the tests this time. Sometimes all these symptoms are your thoughts/senses which i pray it comes to manifestation. Its well with you. It shall end in praise.

Good evening to all the sabi mamas in the house. please i have a testimony to share. but before then, i'll want to remind all the mamas ttc that God is not done with us and we should all not loose hope, but strongly believe in him, for him alone has the solution to all our probelms. sometime last month, i brought my problem here to seek opinion. my period was late but i keep getting negative results. i tried so many hospital but all said the same thing. 3 weeks after my eriod was due, it came. i felt really bad, but i didnt give up. something kept telling me i was pregnant. hubby felt its just my imagination because i was too anxious about being pregnant. some days after my period, i started having constant headache with fever. i felt it was malaria so i treated malaria. yesterday evening, it became worse. early this morning, hubby took me to general hospital isolo, i saw the doc, he didnt say anything much. just perscribed some drugs including injection. we bought the drugs then went to get my injection, the nurse wasnt on seat. hubby provoked and decided to take me to a private hospital. the doc there said i should run some test, for malaria and typhoid. both came back negative. he now said i should go for pt, told him i've done lots of that already. he insisted i should go again. it came back POSITIVE. i couldnt believe it, hubby too. we ran another one, still the same thing. i was too excited to say anything. i now showed the dr the drugs i got at isolo, he said i was lucky i avnt taken them or i would have lost the baby as the drugs were all strong. i pray the lord who did it for me will also do it for all the mamas ttc. dnt ever loose hope. the lion of tribe of judah neither sleeps nor slumber. he will see us all through

Depending on ur Dr and Lab some mamas do carry out all these tests on CD20/CD21 and still get accurate result but i just prefer to follow the cycle days for all just to be extra sure the result is accurate

Like Monwojuoluwa said do TVS after AF or normal Pelvic scan to save costs, to check ur uterus, ovaries, pouch of douglas (for infection) and cervix.

All the best dearie, don't worry since AF came on it's own, that how you BFP will come effortlessly before next AF in Jesus Name

thank God, it means you are getting close to conception. I really don't know much about test. But I would say you should go for tvs after period to rule out pcos. Because my own seized period then was because of pcos and I started the treatments.... sabi mamas will come up with other tests they know too

Finally after several attempt and spending from my Gyno to bring back AF to enable me do my Hormonal assay. With God and my mouthed sabi mamas AF finally showed up today though with cramps and not serious flow like that but its day 1 so its ok...the main gist be say AF surfaced....thats a testimony on his own...I feel like a woman! Meeeeeennnn i give it to you guys oh...Ua the real MVP. 1 million Gbosa 4u all my sabi mama. Thanks for your contributions. You will not labour in vain. This year devil will cry cos hes lost the battle already we are all carrying our babies in Jesus mighty name. Amen

So please where do i go from here?...Now day 2 test cant be done cos I am no where close to where i could av access to any better lab. Next cycle i will do day 2 test. Same here oo, i heard they are good too, but i wasn't impressed with the receptionist at all.

Can you imagine the Dr, i detest when Dr do that rubbish, i mean you have my file right in front of you so why not just be professional and refresh urself with the information you wrote down when you asked me.

My last gynae use to do that silly thing, one of the reasons i stopped using him, i felt just like a number among the numerous patients he was attending to, meanwhile i pay consultation for every damn visit, and yet you can't make my money count. I can as well go to general hospital now and get same thing without spending so much. Anyway i am expecting you email let me speak with matron too.

Thats where i use actually. I have my reservation ...Everytime i go i have to remind the doctor of my history even with my file right in front of him. The other day i was given an onjection i asked for the name and mg..the nirse said we cant tell..wheb i insisted they called their mayron and she said haaa i mixed 3 injection 4 u...I just laughed and left...Anyway I heard they are good but but i am still observing things oh. I started using them in Dec 2016. So i am still new..lol..Most importantly be your own doctor,understand your body. This platform is the best to be..also google and read about your situation then go to them for guidance and interpretation when you are not sure ..Thats what i am doing presently. Baby dust to you. I've gained a lot from this thread, IVF thread and blocked tubes and it’s time to give back. Wrote about the harrowing years of waiting on the IVF thread, to God be the glory, He saw my heart and answered. I couldn’t announce my pregnancy here cos having gone thru a lot, I was just looking at how events unfolded like a dummy and until my baby boy was put in my arms, did I realise God had made me a mother.

I don’t know how it happened, as that was my first preggy ever in my life and in our 8 years of marriage, had a failed IVF in 2015 and was prepping for anoda in 2016 when events turned in my favour, having being diagnosed with bilateral tubal blockage. Here are the highlights:

WIDD: (It wasn’t different from what I’ve always been doing, but I know the mercies of God counted
• Had ordered for serapeptase, tube cleansing kit and clean 9. Thank God I hadn’t paid, however, guifebao/massage oil was already on hand and was about being used when I noticed a missed period…. first time in history o
• Participated in the 50 days fasting, and was still trusting God for direction on which route to go. Prayed and praised Jehovah even though the future was looking one kind
• Was taking ova boost and fertilaid
• Just started with Ruzu then
• Was on healthy diet, plenty water, fruits and vegetable, lost a little weight overtime
• Taking pregnacare conception

That was all

After all is done, God is still in the business of making us fruitful, keep doing whatever needs to be done and never underestimate the place of prayer. God knows everything and makes all things beautiful in His time

I hope this encourages and lifts us up.

there was a time I don't always see my period for months sometimes 3months sometimes 6 month. But this was what I used, took primolut n for 5days then period will show, so later I started taking m2tone, and Vitex. Then when I was diagnosed of pcos I was placed on glucofage metformin 500mg. So I took metformin m2tone and vitex religiously: I hope this helps tho and also I lost weigh due to the metformin.

Took progesterone 2times...parlodel once (yes doc.prescribed parlodel cos the assay i did 2015 shows a slight increase in Prolactin) but along the line i'd taken a whole lot of medications...herbal..etc!!! Yesterday my gynae said i should go back to parlodel again. A friend just sent me Vitex from UK 1000mg and its quite diff.from the ones around here,i am thinking i should face it and be faithful with it.May be for 3month non stop (Just thinking) Though i took vitex sometime ago for like 1 month AF no show so i gave up. Reading diff.reviews now said u take vitex for 3 to 6 month to see full effect #sigh##
I am kinda worried if theres a way i can be tested to see my hormone profile without AF. At least lets know where to tackle from.

He filed 4 me after we got married after 1 year I was invited to Accra for an interview unfortunately I was refused. WIDD- What I Did Differently

1- Nneejima
m2tone tablets, vitamin E 1000iu, her & her Dh baby danced twice before Cd10.

2- Hotmomma
Prayer & fasting, treated infection & low sperm count. Did 7 & 21days fasting and and prayers. She emulated blessedmum who got her bfp this way too.

3- Jayne8585yahoo
Vit B6 100mg 2x a day, folic acid 5mg and Vitamin C 500mg daily for 3 months.

4- Spiceeamie
HVS, she treated PID (Pelvic Infection Disease). Sowed 30k seed in church she would have used for HSG and Hormonal profile tests after they discovered fluid in her Pouch of Douglas (infection again! ). Despite all these, God surprised her with a bfp within her first month of marriage!

5- Suremum -
She treated and overcame ovarian cysts. For high prolactin, she used carbargoline. After the first month, her formerly severe headache and acne reduced. Second month, her scanty period increased from 1 & half days to 2 &half days.
Third month, she relocated to join her husband and conceived that cycle!

6- Amhappy
(She is currently a nursing mother that came to encourage us and was persuaded to drop her WIDD again)
She did ewedu therapy for high prolactin since bromergon did not work for her. The word of God became her medicine when doctors told her IVF was her only option.
She still tried to do all she could afford medically. She took vitex while hubby took horsechestnut supplements.
She did adhesion removal, hot water massage, took apple cider vinegar and black molasses to fight fibroids.
She eventually took in and carried her pregnancy with the fibroids. She was placed on cyclogest due to low progesterone to support her pregnancy.

7- Enkaylala2
Ruzu bitters for her and her hubby from CD 1-10. She was the most relaxed about ttc this cycle such that she even ate junk food and didn't bother so much with prenatals.
In the last 3 cycles however, she had done rigorous dieting, taken m2tone tablets and clomid 100mg.

Spiritually, she prayed a lot. She held 3 diff pregnant women so close that their belly touched hers. And she requested them to pray for her. She also started praying for pregnant women. Lastly, she started seeing a new and expensive gynae but before the gynae could start parlodel treatment for her, she conceived.
