@OP. . .I suffer from adult acne too

I'm fighting it. . .but here's what I do that helps

-- I did test and found out that my hormones was one of the curlpit causing the acne.

-- I was told to lay off meat and milk . . .it worsens the hormonal imbalance

-- I've stopped soft drinks....

-- this cream....Benzl peroxide

-- then I got a prescription for Doxicycline

-- I've had to stay off oily food -- it has been very tough keeping this rule

Keep your hands off your Face - no matter how tempting it is everytime...

It will pass. . . .just stay healthy and be strong

Eat a lot of fruit. . . . I eat a pineapple everyday. . .

I coundnt find it.. Some one recommended carotone bsc saying dah its going to be good on me since am fair.. I used it.. Then woke up in the morning with red burning and itchy face.. I don add another problem join how cab I get rid of rid
