use Firefox browser then set it on desktop mode it will display wat u need.I had same issue until wen I did this that was wen I saw the registration portal.Hope this help

There is no where to enter grade in lower cadet.is just the name of the school and year

DTOBS:
The lower cadre site for fire service is always active in the midnight.
once it is midnight, go to their site, register first and once it finished loading, log in to the board. After that, Upload your passport first (it should not be more than 10kb, but I will suggest you make it less than that), After that go to "new Application" then start to fill the form, submit and after the submission has been done, you will see "preview", click it and make sure the preview page has your passport on it before you print it out.

For the Road Safety, the site is also very active in the midnight for those just starting to register.

If you have not registered please endeavor to do so.today is the deadline. If you have not printed your acknowledgment slip.It may not really be a problem.They will rectify that when you are shortlisted.
