I just downloaded my slide airtime app, so, I av registered, did the promotion and I always some card as usual, now I cashing it out finding it difficult, they are like "you need to be logged into the account for the next 24 hours"

That has been how the app has been for some time now. On new accounts, you can only cash out after 24hrs. If it persists after 24hrs, you can contact them by mail to resolve it for you.
