Don't tell me you don't tink beyond your nose, so what equipment do you have to face the yorubas. Hope its not those used during biafra? |

Look at 2nd niger bridge...GEJ has notin wit us,we only believe him brotherily..But he can tell yu wat happened in the full east during his election...Brother,one tin I wan you to knw is dat,Igbos are d most marginalized among d 3major tribes in nigeria, but we still succeed nd move on...Those enjoying the country's wealth, are still d once suffering...God loves the Igbos because we use our brains Stop attributing your failure to certain ethnic group, nobody is hating on you or preventing you from captaining the Nigerian ship. But the problem is sociologically your ethnic group lacks political socialization and culture..hence the reason you will continue to be behind other ethnic groups...even the so called SS has tasted federal power..your stubborness won't let you...bow for elders! |

aikhimself: As far as Nigeria is concerned, Lagos is no man's land.
I say it again, Lagos is no man's land and you can't do anything about it other than on paper.
If you as a Yoruba man wants to "emigrate" to Onitsha and invest, work hard, build houses and populate it with your family, you are equally free to lay claim to it as your City. But you can't do it because you are lazy.
How can you travel to Onitsha and Develop it when the Igbos came all the way from that side and develop Lagos at your backyard? .
Lazy people likes to talk and twist events while the strong and hard work is down to business.
Your big mouth and rhetoric only ends in paper and the threat of the Oba is a sign of attention seeking desperate old man bored by his throne.
This piece doesn't worth paying attention but to rebuke those who call good evil and evil good , it is time to let you know these nonsense and misguided grammar is a mere noise making. Mumu! Yoruba man created this platform you are using to pour out ur anger, mind you we don't engage in business or things that will serve as discomfort to fellow men like ur people do..so in order words enjoy the privilege to the fullest. |

ozodigboo: Which gory event ? Now lemme get this clear. After Awolowo chickened out of supporting Igbo against Hausa in 1966, we decided to go it alone. We faced the REST OF NIGERIA for over 3 years. It was towards d end of the war, that a certain yoruba officer, whose surname ends with '' njo''. Came onto the scene. To take glory. That was in 1966, when our illiterate fathers and grandfathers manufactured the OGBUNIGWE with raw materials. This is 2015. Trust me, if anyshit happens, The Igbos willl wipe Lagos off the map, and go back to the East. Very senseless construction from a typical ibo man.. |

CHM11: Your paragraphs totally contradict each other. One moment you are tribalistic, the other moment you are saying we are all human beings. I am not yoruba, I'm from Delta and based in Lagos. You want to know what pained the Oba?
Igbos said they will one day produce the governor of Lagos, they even wanted to run for vice in 2015. They called Lagos a 'no man's land' that yorubas are claiming it. They said Lagos is nothing but a colonial settlement.
Sincerely in your God mind, answer this : Will the people in South east Nigeria take this in their state from any other tribe? Even anambra self won't take it from other igbos.
And who told you the igbos are the most hardworking? What does hardworking mean to you? Don't you think it means something else to me? You might prefer to carry stones and break rocks with a sledge and call it hard work while I prefer to sit down for hours doing research and creating a cure for Ebola, that could be hardwork to me.
Lagos belongs to the Yorubas first before another Nigerian. If foreigners from Cotonou and Togo come to attack people in Lagos, the Yorubas will get up first to defend their home. When they can't subdue the intruders then Nigerians will join to help them.
Igbos should just learn to be careful with their utterances as regards Lagos. What you will not allow in your own home, do not do it in another persons home.
Lagos became the capital of Nigeria, because it is Lagos, Yoruba Land and it has been a trade centre even before the british took over. I think calabar used to be a capital too, so why is calabar not like Lagos?...
Respect your host and do not cause problems with your utterances. As in my belle too sweet for this post....so on point! |
