ambassadorgozie:if such employer insists then one should be able to tell such employer the salary one was receiving as an employee in a particular coy (this is however for someone who worked in a big coy with good pay but due to some circumstances he/she was relieved of his job and do not have a job at the time of applying in the new coy). however, if such applicant is employed with a coy and he is just applying to a new coy for a pay better than his current pay. response should be: well motivation is one great factor which brings out the best in an employee. however, I look forward to a pay which will motivate me enough to perhaps break my limit on the job..atleast somewhat better than what earn I presently. however, this last statement may make the employer curious enough wanting to know what you earn presently. employer: what do you earn presently? ans: 100k employer: how much do you think we can pay you to break your limit? ans: 140-150k is not bad enough to start with. note: this is just my own idea of the numerous responses one could give an employer in a situation like this. |

uc4uandc:what's your salary expectation? Ans: well I believe my remuneration should be based on the qualifications and experience or competency that I bring to your organization and what is obtainable in same position in a similar organization.. with this you are doing yourself some good by not mentioning a particular amount which is below your worth, and more so you won't get the employer angry by mentioning outrageous amount which the employer feels is just too much. |
ddugeri:the truth is it has been debated over time if nature or nurture makes human. however, it should be noted that understanding human behaviour may not be achieved in a narrow sense. biologically, a child is born without inbuilt mental content (blank slate). but acquires all forms of behaviour or attitudes through socialization and interaction between and within groups. in a more understandable fashion, such child learns that behaviour which is acceptable and best for his society and discard that which is seen as improper. so from this angle to a large extent human behaviour is acquired. on the other hand, scholar like lombrozo claims that human behaviour is biological rather than social. this means that the behaviour of man rests on the extra chromosomes he possesses and the genes inherited from parents or forbears. so in a clear assertion one cannot totally discard any of those 2 in the formation of human behaviour. |

@Samorapapa and irewumy..na Yaungdee o..keep up the good work. As for the lady that asked if the pume form is on sale. Yes its still on sale provided you are applying for a course dat falls under the courses in the faculty of social and management sciences that would be conducted on saturday...eg accounting, busadmin, sociology, economics etc...but the thing is u have to be in skul on thursday or friday to purchase the form and register before the day of exam....and secondly the probability of Batch B postume exam is also high. This means that those who could not purchase the form and take the exam now may also be given opportunity to purchase the form and take the exam at later date..but if u knw u cannot take the risk of batch B exam kindly come to skul on thursday or friday to purchase and register your form...u can always chat me up...Yaungdee |
When are we gonna stop attributing every single thing to spirituality..waist chain or bead is a material culture any lady can put on. Mostly for these ladies It makes their waist look beautiful and attractive. They just see it as fashion. the thought about any lady who puts it on is a mammy water or destiny destroyer is a thought that cannot hold water. I had one time asked my girl friend to get it cos I like it wen I see it on other ladies..so the only means a lady can destroy a guyz life is through waist chain? What about those who don't even put on earrings or trousers but the evil dey do is something immeasurable...@op my advice for u is love that innocent lady cos she has no secret plan to hurt u or destroy ur life but rather wants to love u and wants u to reciprocate dat |
