AdvertsRe: Stop Buying Fuel For Your Generator Every Night, Use Solar Power And Inverter by misayada: 11:39am On May 05, 2015
Just came across this, if you are in doubt.

My house has been using 4 solar panels, 4 batteries with the inverter and it has worked very well though just for two months now. We tried it once when there was no nepa light for two days and it lasted for us. No generator at all, but we reduced the load (no AC, no Freezers, just one fridge) In my opinion, use of solar should be well promoted. We complain of the hot sun, at least let us make it work for us.

P.S: I am no in business with these guys, I just came across the post and decided to share my first hand experience.

Etukagodswill:
the truth remains that there are lots of jobs in Nigeria most especially in the oil and gas sector but the problem is that majority of the jobs are for certified and informed people. Those that are in the oil and gas industry can attest to what am saying. Instead of paying money to get jobs why not use that same money to get some certifications that will land you a good job in no time. currently, I am looking for Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) Risk and Safety engineers, regardless of years experience.
If you know of anyone that holds this certification please forward their contact details to me as there are lots of job opportunities that will be of interest to them. please only certified people. my 2 cents. pm me for more details
I have a masters degree in process safety engineering and two years experience in oil and gas. I would appreciate the help

Understand Hazards and Risks

As a Process Engineer, your job is to design and manage facilities in such a way as to avoid loss of containment incidents resulting in fire, explosion or toxic release. Such incidents can contribute to multiple casualties and can undermine the long term viability of an operation.

Knowledge of process hazards and how they behave in an operating environment is essential to designing out scenarios that can cause significant harm. If potential accidents are well understood it should be possible to develop and operate processes that are less vulnerable to failure.
Process safety – The Basics

In five interactive days, you’ll learn about process hazards as well as physical and human failure modes that have contributed to major process incidents. Gain an understanding of engineering practices related to layout and spacing, system isolation, grading and drainage, relief and blowdown, electrical area classification, fire protection, instrumentation, human factors and facility siting. Throughout the course, you’ll examine numerous accident case studies and participate in team breakout exercises.
