well, it means, with or without transactions yesterday, i must have 5400 gbp or more in my mom's account at least 28 days before i apply.

so, it doesn't matter if i apply in 19/01 because i have 5400 gbp under my mom's name in more than 28 days ( she have gbp bank account for 3-4months) eventhough i made 2 payments yesterday and today. is it right ?

what do i mean is i have paid tuition fee and accomodation in full (14/01) and i will apply my visa in 19/01 or should i wait til 28 days from14/01 because my course will be starting on Monday 01/02. However, i still have balance more than 5400 gbp.

my balance - tuition fee - accomodation = more than 5400gbp, but the matter is i paid the tuition fee yesterday.

i dont "touch" 5400 gbp because i still have 5400gbp under my mom's account, but there was 2 transactions yesterday and today. So, is that possible if i submit my application in 19/01

i just paid the tuition fee yesterday, so it means i touch the money??
because i will submit my application 19/01 (only 7 days from that date that i have paid the tuition fee.)

i wanna ask about re-applying uk student visa Tier4 PBS i got rejected because this 28 days issue,

i don't know about 28 days rules,

I want to transfer for accommodation tomorrow 14th Jan, and will apply my visa on tuesday 19th Jan. my tuittion fee has been pain in full yesterday. i stil have more than 5400 gbp (9x600=5400 - outside london) in my mother's account. i will give :
- bank statement closing balance 31/12
- bank statement from 1/1 - 18/1 with seal and bank sign, so the day after 18/01 which is 19/01 i will submit my application

is that ok if i will pay my accommodation 14/01 and submit my visa application in 19/01 ??

could someone explain to me about "28 days" ??
