People don't necessarily have to enter card details, there is an option to choose another payment option at the bottom where one can choose bank transfer.

You don't understand that Nigerian government doesn't like to spend. The cheapest .gov.ng domain name right now cost $121.99 that's around #183,000 but .ng domain name is just around #15,000.
So definitely, they're trying to save because they have used such domain names in the past intervention programs that people have doubted too but had turned out to be real.

Any application that doesn't have correct domain url is a scam, I see the effort to put to make it look legit but they failed, secondly, nin verification supposed to be free, in fact application supposed to be free.

I don't think it's scam because I made further enquiry and the amount charged is for the NIN verification, but the problem I have there is that I used my verve card, it said enter the OTP sent, I didn't see the OTP. I used Visa card, it was saying invalid details. Another thing I discovered is that the amount charged on verve card is smaller to Visa card. In all my money is not deducted from my accounts.

Click on change payment option at the bottom of the payment page and then choose 'Bank Transfer', USSD or any other option you want.
You don't have to use a card.

Nothing in the write up suggests the CEO's attack was motivated by gender. Does he treat male employees better? At best the write up points more to classism.
