It's not expressing his griviences to Tacha that has lost the Titan alliance Seyi had outside the house, it's the fact that he went behind Tacha's back to talk trash about her to other housemates, even to the point of making fun of her and laughing about it. That's disloyalty and outright betrayal. If he was smart, he wouldn't do that knowing the audience is watching.

Secondly, there are better ways to handle a disagreement that to tell a girl who has always had your back that she ain't shit and that she's unintelligent and that you doubt the fact that she has a degree. That's going too low.
