Bs continue
I was given the epidural and dat Was the end of pain.No more pain like magic although I was feeling the contractions but not painful.
At a time the had to reduce the drip because the contractions where too frequent and strong.
By 4pm doctor came in and ask if I was feeling heavy down my viginia I said yes, he said he might need to check me because he had another lady that was going to push in 40 minutes time so we would not be needing him at the same time.
Na so I open leg see baby head already.
God did it for me easily I didn't need to much pushing in 5 minutes my princess came weighing 3.2kg. I pray for easy and painless delivery for the remaining Sept mamas too.my technology sisters God will surprise u soonest in jesus name.Sorry for the long boring story.

I was advice by the doctor to go for an induction at 38 weeks because of previous still birth at 39 weeks.
I went in on the 20th of August for cervical ripening with prostaglandin gel.I was monitored throughout the night for possible contraction and baby's heartbeat but no contractions.
Dr came in at 9 am in the morning did a vagina examination and it was jst 2 cm.He den said he will break the waters and den put me on oxytocin drip.
The drip pain no b small I was bearing the pain but all my strategy finished. The midwife suggested an epidural but I was scared of using it at this early stage because of possible delay as ppl always say.
I waited to b checked by 2pm to know if I will still need the epidural or not.
By 2pm midwife said I was still 2 cm na there my head scarter for Wetin na.Dh said is better we call the anaesthetics because the journey still far o.
The only good thing was dat the midwife said the cervix was quite soft and I was having strong contractions.

My princess came on the 21st of August through virginal delivery to the glory of God.
Congratulations my captain and all other mamas that have delivered.
To the wadding mamas the Lord is ur strength.But is coming soon.

Thanks to all the mamas that contributed I will see the special as directed possibly by next week because we are waiting for the test results to b out. Pls mama Dunni29 and other mamas do you think elective cs is better because the doctor was suggesting induction at 38 week before this issue came up.But I dnt know wat he will say or the specialist after seeing.God is in control. Congrats to all that put to bed.To the rest of us counting wishing us easy and quick delivery

Greetings to all the mamas on the house.pls I need advice. I went for a doctors appointment today after checking the baby he sid everything was OK.But I remember he sent for thyroid test the last time I came so I asked him dat was wen he remembered and checked.He said my thyroid level is to high for a pregnant woman and I have to repeat the test and den see a specialist if it's still as high as now or more.But my worry is that he knew I had a still born with an unknown cause in 2014 and 2 other misscarrage which wen I read abt thyroid disease on the Internet can b a cause of all the miscarriages and still born.so y did he not take the test seriously. Pls am so scared and depressed now I dnt know wat to do. I am 33 weeks already.cc zaynie, nursing kaffy4bil, sugar and other mama abeg help a sister don't read and pass.pardon me if I no spell ur moniker well.
