My question is, if the courts have no jurisdiction on internal disputes in a party, how does an aggrieved party member get justice when cheated? Say for example, I am currently a chieftain/hold a post in a party, and then someone somewhere came to claimed that I am not supposed to be in such position as against my party constitution. How do I seek for justice? 😕
