Richtaiwo: Hype and theatrics like this can be amusing at best. The fact that people are genuinely getting carried away by it makes one wonder whether they are thinking well or simply reacting without sense.
What exactly is all the excitement about? That Obi visited Kwankwaso and Kwankwaso supporters turned out in large numbers on Sallah day, so what? Does that suddenly translate into victory for Obi?
I beg, i can't fit laff. Of course everything is about elections for you guys. No good governance or security, just elections. Tueh! |

Druss: CAF's power is limited. If the member nations decide to exit CAF, then the current President will need to step down. Make no mistake. If they ban Senegal and a lot of countries decide to not play in that tourney, it is finished. This is what I wish will play out. |

Teymanhenry: Crude oil are sold at international prices regardless where they are produced. The government can only decide to have an arrangement with local refineries to sell at a subsidized rate. But the challenge is we have corrupt people who will illegally supply these subsidized fuel to other nations. A challenge because government officials will be involved in the corruption |

Sports › Re: Senegal Coach Takes AFCON Trophy To Military Base by Mitsurugi(m): 3:41am On Mar 20 |
callthefred: I don't seem to understand how people are so lawless and still support lawlessness. If you could support or agree with Arsenal's penalty against Leverkusen and they think Morocco doesn't have a deserved penalty that day, then you're either ignorant or an hypocrite. CAF didn't come up with the judgement, Morocco filed an appeal just as we did against DRC. What's the essence of filling an appeal if you won't get judgement.
The Senegalese disallowed goal before the penalty incident was justified, because Hakimi was pushed. There should be consequences for stupidity or else anarchy will descend everywhere. If such happens in future other teams will simply follow the Senegal script.
Morocco like every other host nation enjoyed home advantage and that's not new at all but to now walk off the pitch is crazy and insane. Leverkusen players should have walked off the pitch against Arsenal that day in Germany.
You guys need to be educated. Every comment here against CAF like you have evidence that they were paid or something. But the match continued. Even with CAF officials there at the stadium. Abi even if the ref no sabi couldn't they have advised him? Morocco too should have pressed there and then. They waived their rights when they took that penalty. If Morocco had scored and went on to win would there have been talk of Article 84 or kini kan? |

FSBoperator: Your PO is now a card carrying member of ADC and has no business in LP
Why should he get two options available to him ?
Which serious politician will be hoping from one party to another just for his own inordinate ambition?
The Wike you mock daily single handedily floated the PDP as an opposition party for 8 straight years only for your Obi and Atiku to show up demanding they get the ticket.
Now they have both gone to ADC to slug it out and they should remain there and keep their confusion there. Where is Wike and PDP now after his 8 years of floating? Will you vote PDP? |
Politics › Re: Labour Party Crisis: NEC Sacks Usman-Led Committee, Backs Abure by Mitsurugi(m): 8:38pm On Mar 18 |
Putindbutt: That fraud from Agülü just dey lose left right and center. His plan was to use a placeholder in LP to secure the Presidential ticket in the event he loses in ADC, he would come back to LP to collect the ticket.
Unfortunately for him, the national assembly has cut off his wings, no politician can hold dual party membership in any election. In this case, the fraud is now stuck to ADC even if he loses the primaries to Atiku.
LP quickly sent Nenadi out of LP seeing her continued stay is therefore useless to the party. Let her go and join the fraud in ADC and let LP move on.
Those Nairaland SANs that were pushing Obi's camp in LP have all ran to ADC. Even in ADC, they're still pushing the coalition against the authentic faction of ADC. Same way these Nairaland lawyers were pushing Makinde's camp in PDP until he lost out.
We dey here dey watch. Oga it's not even possible for Obi to do that. Go and read the Electoral Act and stop displaying your ignorance here. |
