Before someone helps you, let me ask, have you gotten your id card and statement of result? If yes, then you need help to pay up, but if no, then you just shouldn't deceive yourself, since the 4k won't cover getting your statement of result and id card in your mailbox, and I'm sure things of such can't be collected on proxy, you'd defo still have to get down to your school.
