I don't think it's incorrect; maybe you're part of the stream II because the date of reporting to camp on my letter is 4th November

Due to the unprecedented high population of mobilised PCMs and inability for most camps in various states to carter for such. This batch (c14) has been further divided into 2 sub batches appropriately called streams! The ist stream are due to report in camp on the 4th of nov, while the second stream on the 26th of Nov... both ending on the 25th of nov and 15th of Dec respectively.
