I don't think horford joining the Celtics change the power structure in the east.
we've already seen horford at his best with a better team, and it was enough.

KD is just wasting all this team time.
instead of going after Durant, that will remain in OKC all this team should have been after the next best wing in FA.
Which is?

[color=#808000]Conley is a GOAT...

There are only two previous players that got paid >30m a year: The two GOATS, Jordan and Kobe

Lebron is officially not in league with Conley let alone the other two.
Conley is the 3rd greatest player of all time and the best point guard since Naismith discovered basketball.

I am just wondering how much Curry would be offered next season

If you opened your eyes and read and comprehended you shouldn't be asking me foolish questions.. Where did you see me say GSW signed Durant?? undecided To correct my mistake, "Durant's buddies says he will be staying at OKC 90%".

Congratulations to Harrison Barnes.. GSW will match Mavs offer as Durant announced he wouldn't be signing to Warriors.. Barnes will be the highest paid and 5th Man on the team. It's going to be one hell of a season.
. DURANT hasn't ruled out the warriors come on, he ruled out the Clippers.

You seemingly still do not get my point do you?

I have nothing against debating and diverging opinions. What I consider fruitless is this -prove your stance; ohh you prove yours first- kind of dialog. And That is what I tried to avoid. I do not see the relationship you are trying to make with free discussions or the purpose of this thread.

I say it again: what I tried to avoid was each one asking the other to back his claims, endlessly.
Majority of the conversations here especially conversations whereby both parties are not on the same page are always spoken with facts.. So if u see that as fruitless no wahala. I get your points and it's noted.

Thanks for the original info tho
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Mizzzbeee(f): 4:37pm On Jul 02, 2016
LoJ:
First off, I didn't say it is a useless debate. I said, in order to avoid a useless debate. Again, you seem to have forgotten what happened. You made a claim, and I made a counter claim. Then you asked me to prove my claim, meanwhile you did not back your own claims with any fact/reference. I could have also asked for proofs, and THAT would have led to an endless circle, and a useless debate. That was the useless debate, I was refering to, and tried to avoid.

With respect to your decision to ignore me, feel free to do so. I am not a great knower of the game anyway, there are many here who will meet your standards.

Greetings wink.
if you asked me for a claim I would have told you point blank that I made an assumption, being that we are talking about two currencies and I was taking into consideration the exchange rate and how exposed each league was.

Asking for your facts wasn't to bring up anything I just wanted to know cuz I was surprised nba players wud earn more.

Endless circle and a useless debate you say, that means 98% of people who engage in back and forth conversations here based on opinions, sentiments, views, facts etc are engaging in useless debates.

Infact any conflicting conversation is a useless debate.. Hear how that sounds? Then why was this thread created then? undecided
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by Mizzzbeee(f): 4:00pm On Jul 02, 2016
LoJ:
I could ask you the same question, since you also made a claim on no basis. But to avoid useless debates, just compare the average wages in the premier league and the average salary in the Nba

NBA: average 4m $
Premier League: 1M Pounds per year.

Needless to underline that the premier league is the richest football league in Europe.
I
actually asked because I needed more insight into what you said as I was surprised much...

But for you to say it's a "useless debate" was very rude and unnecessary as you could have made your point without that... Things like this make people refrain from having healthy conversations.

But it's noted Sir! I will definitely take note of you so I Dont engage on "useless debates with you" in near future huh

I think on average, an nba professional player earns more than a professional football player.
And Nike deal with lebron (unlimited 1 bn$) is astonishing.

if Durant were to sign anywhere, it would be 80% Warriors. The OKC Durant talk yesterday lasted 5hrs, Warriors Durant 2hr.. We all know the 5hrs talk was serious based on the fact they were so close to taking Warriors this season which I don't think is any threat. I predict Durant signs a 2year deal with player option. Makes more money and knows what to do depending on what Westbrook decides to do.

I'm still not happy we didn't chase Batum.
we ddn't even make an attempt. But I believe in our front office and I give them the benefit of doubt that they know what they are doing.

We must sha have a major upgrade this season sha... Cuz teams are making deals and upgrades...

I think you are right. But he was more figured out in the regular season. The big players bought most of the screens that caused them to find themselves marking curry at the perimeter. They were more eager in going closer to him rather than hesitating or looking for their original-offender.

Curry's 3s kind of dipped due to this. It made him rather best them with some bad asss handles for 2's instead or miss more than he did during the regular season.
just one question Sir, did you watch the regular season? If Yes, can you pls classify in what percentage

I have been saying this for a while now.... I actually think this would work out for him if it happens... Na he fits in just right.
