does that applies to other big business such as British banks,Nigerians banks or even hotels ?

Which British banks. There is only Barclay's which is fading and Standard Chartered. Those were overtaken like 20yrs ago fool. Nigerian banks are the smallest here brother. Lol.. They only cater for like 1% of the population. Just check tier 3 banks in Kenyan on Google you will see Uba and the rest there. Tier 3 comprises of the smallest banks.

Dude I did not change my words. You hear what you wanna here. You said I was not in Lagos which I have easily proven by talking about experiences which a foreigner would not have. I even mentioned to you exact locations.

I said most of your big brands are not Nigerian which is totally true.

Look at Kenya, largest retail chain, Kenyan, largest manufacturer bidco, Kenyan, largest investment company Kenyan, top 3 largest banks Kenyan, largest telco-Kenyan, largest investment Co.(Centum) Kenyan. Most popular restaurant chains Kenyan, largest power company(Kengen) kenyan, most of the tallest buildings are owned by Kenyans, one of the biggest contributors to our GDP, tourism-most of the tour companies are Kenyan while your Oil is primarily extracted by foreigners

i swear with the God that created me, Lagos is far better than Nairobi, as Lagos development spreads across, while Nairobi developments is only at the CBD and the adjourning areas, also, Lagos is bigger and have better infrastructureres (third mainland bridge, lekki bridge, Lagos badagary express......, Lagos roads are wider and cleaner, Nairobi rely mostly on thika super high and the new eastern and southern by pass highways which only have just dual carriage lanes in both sides. the only thing i can say Nairobi is better than Lagos in, is the greening , Nairobi tends to have greener terrain than Lagos and more touristic places than Lagos , aside these nothing else, i am been sincere here guys!

Lagos is just too overpopulated. A city with 20m people vs a city with less than 4m people. You see even if our roads are not as wide when you do simple math ratios you will notice that they are more accommodative compared to Lagos at peak hour

so you also believed that Nairobi is better planned than VI and that VI does not have master plans and even if it have , the plan is not followed dully?,that Nairobi have Better roads than Lagos?, shop-rite is the biggest international company in Lagos ? wink

I did not say it is the largest brand in Lagos. I said it is one of the largest. You see discounting banks, most of the other large chains are international chains not local chains. For example, KFC is very big in Lagos(I saw very many) but in Nairobi it does not even feature in the top 10 restaurant chains.

I also mentioned Shoprite since it is the anchor stall of one of the largest malls in Lagos if not the largest. Some mall in VI whose name I can't remember. Just remember that it had a Nike shop next to Shoprite and there was another KFC is my memory serves me correct as well as LaPorte, Hugo boss on that mall. You have been there so your probably know it. I also saw a few other Shoprite. Another I saw was in Lekki on the way to the beach. It would seem to be an equivalent to Kenya's Nakumatt which is the largest retail chain here

what about if they wish to renew their visas?, plus, in mind you think Nigerians are too many in Kenya innit ?

Lol yes. There are far too many Nigerians in Kenya to our liking. We like Nigerians that come to set up big businesses since we know they will pay taxes and hire locals e.g. Andela, and some few banks but unfortunately majority of Nigerians are here illegally.

When I was in campus I used to live in a house at We ndani. I had some Nigerian friends who lived 6 people in a 2 bedroom house. Lol. And this are the same people that will take pictures next to cars in malls and then post on Facebook only for their families back home to think they are living large in Kenya.. Lol

the funny thing is she scripted the write-up properly as if she had been to Lagos, how can some one that claimed to have been to Lagos call those places slums?,

Actually I don't even know those places since I did not come to Lagos to take a picture of slums. I came to work and enjoy what Nigeria has to offer(food, women etc). I only know where I was at the rest can't know of course. Ask me the most popping clubs, best bars to fetch chics and that is more in line with my experience cheesy cheesy or best malls to do shopping.

You just asked me to name a few slums and I just checked slums in Lagos on Google and put their pictures here as well.

I didn't get lost. It's Friday. Went out for some after work drinks. I am a guy btw.

Hahahaha.. Whatever you say I was in Lagos on July this year. In fact I lost my phone at Afropolitan vibes, a music festival I attended with some friends. Entry was 500naira.I also went to some food and wines festival very close to southern sun can't remember the name at Ikoyi which occurs during the afternoon where I had Palm wine and a bunch of local cuisine.

There is someone who says the slum on the ocean(right side of bridge on your way to VI) was cleared. Well I saw it this year on July. The Murtala Mohammed Airport is the most traffic packed airport I have been to especially the departure section. non ticket holders are allowed entry to the building on this section so that also creates very long lines to enter the building. I paid some guard 3000 naira to skip the line. The arrival section there are a bunch of stands, tells etc and immediately you get of the building to get a cab you are assaulted by a bunch of people running to you carrying big bundles of Naira asking if you want to change currency. After that you pass through Ikeja, then the long bridge which the taxi driver kept telling me is the longest bridge in Africa at 1km then VI where I stayed at obadiwe Street or something like that.

Stupid. Just by the above statement I have realized you have never set foot in Kenya.. Lol

There are almost zero whites and Kenyans in the CBd. Any Kenyan would know that Indians dominate Parklands while whites live mostly in Riverside and Gigiri which have the largest number of diplomatic offices e.g. UN, embassies etc

Actually the best places in Nairobi are Upperhill(which has mostly Kenyan businesses) and Westlands. Hahahaha... You have never set foot in Kenya I am so sure cheesy cheesy

so does that means is only Nigerians that do all what you mentioned, why single out Nigerians why not the corrupt "drug barons politicians like Hassan joho ,Kidera and many more? ?

Kidero is not a drug baron. He is just a corrupt governor. Hassan John has that reputation I agree.

I did not single out Nigerians. Just that Nigerians are the largest immigrants group doing this vices locally and actually in most African states. I have been in South Africa, Ghana, DC and Angola and all the locals seem to share this sentiment. You are to African countries what Mexico is to the USA cheesy, cheesy

1, Olympic is not the pinnacle of sporting achievement. Therefore, it is only meant for the Amateurs. grin Beside, Kenya only had gold medal Athletics(marathon). grin If we consider sports holistically, Nigeria is ahead of Kenya. How did I know? Check the African medal table below. grin

2, I have taken note of Kenyan's exploit in Rugby but our exploit in football has have dwarfed Kenyas achievement here.

3, WBO, WBC heavyweight titles are not beans. We have won many major boxing titles more prestigious than the Olympic medal in Athletics. We have won the Scrabble Championship and Nigeria is currently the number one in the Whole Wide World in SRABBLE. We were rated 4th in football in the world. Our achievements in these areas again has dwarfed that of a mere Olympic medal.

4, We have won gold and silver in Long jump.

5, We are the best in Basketball, Wrestling and Weightlifting, Table tennis and Football in Africa. I think those have overwhelmed Kenya's achievement in Female Volleyball. grin

6, Nigeria is holding the world records in Weightlifting (3) and Javelin in Paraolympics. grin

5, Kenya doesn't have one single grandmaster in chess. grin abi you fit prove am? grin

As you can see, in every one thing your are good at, we are three times better. grin

Now, take a look at the all time Africa game medal table and you see that when Nigeria and Kenya competed, Nigeria triumphed. grin

Lol... The Olympics is the 2nd largest sporting event only after the World Cup.

You have won at total of 24 medals since Nigeria started participating in the Olympics while Kenya has won 31 gold medals against your 3 total gold medals.

You dispute the Olympics only to show me the all African games that a lot of our top athletes don't attend to prepare for the more prestigious IAAF and Olympics.. Lol.. Please shut up

Hahaha.. Scrabble is more prestigious than Olympics. You are so stupid I can't argue with you anymore. Who the Bleep watches scrabble tournaments. Lol.. Global viewers must be less than 1000..hahahahahahahaha

We have more paralympic medals than Nigeria and please quote world titles only. Not African titles which have no recognition

I am doubting the regular supply of electricity in Kenya because I know we have problems in that area. I am asking about the impression you had about those places you mentioned.

I lived stayed in VI for 2wks at the Radisson Blu Hotel and Ikoyi at the Southern Sun for a week. During the time I visited some clients in Lekki, Yaba and also some famous clubs in Sululeri e. G. Lighthouse.

Lekki seems to be more of a nice apartment complex area with VI and Ikoyi having more stand alone houses. I think they have wealthier people saying there. There are more modern architecture like buildings in Nairobi while Lagos buildings have more of a traditional feel despite being huge as well

VI is very poorly planned and I hated the way the ocean looks so polluted especially on the long bridge going to visit from the mainland. There is also a very large floating slum there.

I would prefer the affluent kenyan neighborhoods of Nairobi compared to Lagos. This is because in Nairobi has a lot of forests in the town actually. So you have very beautiful greenery views though it is quite colder (13-24) degrees annually. But maybe because I am not used to the heat of Lagos being at sea level and Nairobi being at 5800 ft above sea level. There is also generally more to see in Nairobi since you can do safari drive inside Nairobi, there are quite a number of zoos. The Las Vegas of Kenya(Naivasha and Nakuru) are also short drives away from Nairobi

I also saw the king of yoruba who came to dine at Southern Sun quite a number of times. I was so shocked that a bunch of old people followed him ringing bells etc and that even very educated looking people bowed to him. I thought the Kings were just elements of Nollywood.

Yaba and Sululeri seem not so safe areas especially after dark for the foreigner. Also Ikeja. I also hated the fact that when you are a foreigner everybody keeps asking you for money even some people I asked for directions to the washroom at the airport shocked!!, club bouncers etc.

Taxis are very old and run down but Ubers are very clean and new. But taxis are way cheaper than Nairobi with a taxi in Nairobi charging double the Uber rate at any time.

Something else I did not understand is why buying a Sim card takes almost 30mins with fingerprints etc. I also noticed data is way more expensive there compared to Kenya. For example, I have 30Mbps cable Internet and TV at my house than I only play 56 dollars for monthly. Mobile data costs me 10USD for 3Gb data from the most expensive telco locally.

Most people from your country love sweet liquor, Orijin and Andre champagne in the clubs. Kenyans like bitter alcohol so I felt as if I was taking fruit juice drinking Orijin smiley And alcohol is quite cheap compared to Kenya. That I like smiley with a 750ml heineken or orijin bottle going for around 2-3Usd while in Kenya 300ml of Heineken costs you 3-5Usd depending on the location. Locally brewed beers are 2-3USD but sold as 500ml.

Cost of living is just slightly cheaper than Kenya as well. I loved the Nigerian cuisine though like most Kenyans who travel to Nigeria I couldn't handle the extreme Chilli in all your dishes shocked

People are generally friendly(African culture) but there are also a lot of people looking to cheat you on the streets as with any African country I assume. I couldn't understand why the airport authority in Nigeria let's a bunch of people in the airport who are not Travellers hence I had to bribe to even get to the airline desk. About 3000naira. Kenya is very corrupt but that is only in the police force and politicians. In Nigeria to even get directions you pay

Nigerian women are pretty but I don't understand why there is so much bleaching and wigs though. I thought Kenyan women put on a lot of make up until I saw Nigerian ladies. That was a disappointment. This frenzy is sadly becoming introduced in Kenya by Nigerians as you see with socialites such as Vera. This is such a shame as Africans should appreciate dark skin. But as much as Nigerian women are beautiful I noticed Kenyan women have more booty in case that tickles your fancy cheesy cheesy

Affluent Nigerians like the Mercedes G class while Affluent Kenyans like the Range Rover. The Honda is very popular in Nigeria while in Kenya it has less than 3% market share with Toyota being the primary car for the ordinary Kenyan.

Shopping for clothes in Nigeria is a better experience(more designer brands) than Kenya though for restaurants I think Kenya leads since any mall easily has 5-10 different restaurant chains even the smaller malls like Diamond Plaza.

Music in Nigeria is ahead of Kenya since all clubs play only Nigerian music with a few Jazz at hotel bars. Kenyans primarily listen to Jamaican riddim/raga, hip hop, Kenyan and Nigerian music, bongo then SA Kwaito in that order. Jazz and country is also common in better restaurants.

In terms of traffic, both Nairobi and Lagos are similar. Traffic at the Lekki toll station is as much as traffic on Mombasa road in Nairobi.

For public vehicles, Nairobi has loud and very pimped matatus so that may not be comfortable while Lagos has very old ones.. Can't recall their name. Both are however prone to pick pocketing. I never boarded the Lagos ones but I was told that I should avoid them and only use taxis or the company car.

Nairobi is undergoing more road expansions though but the proposed introduction of toll gates may result to a Lekki traffic situation. Time will tell.

Large businesses in Nigeria seem to be predominantly international companies e.g. Shoprite while Kenya has more local successes even though some are owned by indigenous Indians e.g. Nakumatt and Bidco

Hehehehe! I can't deny that there epilepsy supply of electricity in some parts of Nigeria.

However, I seek to know your impression about those places you mentioned. How comparable is it to Nairobi? grin

Talk true oooo. grin

I was actually shocked since I was told those were the most affluent places to live in Lagos. In fact on my way back there were 2 blackouts at the mutala airport. I was so shocked. From an honest view, with the large GDP I never expected something like that in Nigeria. I was told there are political cartels who sell generators hence don't want the country to have efficient power

I live in Gigiri, Nairobi. I have had 2 blackouts for the whole year lasting a total of less than 4hrs in total. Even the so cold poor estates always have electricity. I am from a small town called Kisii in western kenya which also has consistent power 24/7.

In fact 99% of estates and schools in Kenya don't have generators since there is power almost 24/7

Generators are only found in industries and hospitals which cannot afford to lose power at any time even for 5mins obviously

Hahahahahahahahahahaha hahaha... Which facts... Lol. Get your head out of your arse.

In the recently concluded Olympics. Nigeria had ONLY one MEDAL, a bronze medal while Kenya had 13 medals. 6 gold, 6 silver and 1 bronze. The best a country with 180m people can do is get a single bronze metal... Hahahahahahahahaahahaha

We are only 2nd to South Africa in the continent when it comes to Rugby and recently won the world HSBC sevens in Hong Kong.

All of those sports you are quoting you are not even in the top 3 world wide. Kenyans are known to be the best long distance and 800m runners in the WORLD.

We still hold the Africa javelin record by Julius Yego who got a silver in the Olympics despite having an injury.

We are the best in volleyball in Africa.

We have held a world record in swimming. We are the only African country to have a chess grandmaster.

You keep saying Nigeria is number 5 etc in the world. Who cares about number 4, 9 etc. Last time I checked only the top 3 are given medals... Lol

Dangote invests N80bn in Kenyan cement
sector
ON March 2, 2015 12:05 AM / IN
Business / Comments
By Favour Nnabugwu
Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote
has invested N80billion ($400million) to
set up a cement plant in Kenya through
East Africa Portland Cement Company
(EAPCC). Dangote entered Kitui County’s
limestone mines through the Kenya’s local
cement in order to open $400 million,
representing Sh34.8 billion Kenyan
currency in Kitui County, Kenya.
Dangote Cement which also constructing
major cement plants in Ethiopia, Tanzania,
and Zambia, already has a license to
prospect for limestone in Kitui County
while he revised the upcoming factory’s
annual production capacity to three
million tonnes from the previous 1.5
million tonnes. According to him, “We are
reviewing plans for Kenya with a view to
increasing the scale of our proposed
factory from 1.5 million tonnes per annum
(MTA) to 3MTA”.
Dangote’s upcoming plants in Kenya,
Tanzania, and Ethiopia will give it a total
capacity of 8.5MTA, putting it ahead of
Kenya’s Bamburi and Uganda’s Tororo that
currently have capacities of 3.1MTA each.
“We are confident there will be sufficient
demand both in Kenya and neighbouring
countries”.
Besides being rich in limestone, Kitui is
also attractive due to its proximity to the
Mui basin which has large reserves of coal.
The coal is tipped to replace the relatively
expensive diesel fuel in firing energy-
hungry cement factories. The group plans
to have around 60 million tonnes of
production, grinding and import capacity
in Sub-Saharan Africa by 2016″.

The construction on this plant has not even started. Dangote is busy begging Tanzania to reduce electricity costs for his business there.

Even when he sets up he still has big local players to contend with e.g. Bamberg cement, Arm etc

the agriculture issue, we've dealth with it already and we have put it aside because we have proven our superiority over Kenya in that area.

As for BH, we have defeated them and have relocated back to their homes many of the people that were displaced.

Your cars are known no where else, fact! That if at all it is true. Our cars don't only ply our roads, they also ply the roads of other African countries.

As for being the largest producers of anything, we are the world largest producers of cassava, Yam, millet, etc.

Who the Bleep eats yams and cassava other than Nigerians themselves.. Lol

obviously, if i have few facilities that consumes less energy i will be able to generate constant electricity don't you think so? ,man, every part of Nigeria have large industries from Kaduna,Kano,IMO.Anambara,Lagos Ogun to Oyo ...unlike Kenya where the few industries are located in Nairobi.

Dude Thika is the most industrialized town in Kenya followed by Nairobi.

If you are do industrialized why are you not able to refine crude oil produced in your country yet you are the largest producer of oil in Africa. You people make Africa look bad. Out of the top 10 producers of oil in the world you are the only country that exports their crude then imports refined oil products... Lol. Industrialized my foot.

how can Nigerians immigrate illegally to Kenya wen the visa is virtually free and can be obtained from point of entries for only 50Dollers , are your guys sick or what ?

Visa On Arrrival At Nigerian Port Of Entry-Kenya immigration

You see most Nigerians want to live, work and do business here. So what most Nigerians do is get the tourist VISA that allows you to stay for upto 3 months but then they are not here for tourism. They head over to some cheap Nigerian neighborhood and hide there with fellow Nigerians and refuse to go back home

Of course not all Nigerians do this e.g. Those hired by Andela and some other businesses have genuine long term visas. However majority of Nigerians living here are here have overstayed their 3 month visas and do not want to leave.

Niigger stop lying, most Nigerians leaves large in kenya and that is why your hungry girls are dying hard to get them, what are the "10 times numbers of Kenyans in UK" doing there or what are the Kikuyus and other tribes doing in war torn Somalia(many were even deported last year), Uganda,Tanzania, or even poor nation like south Sudan ?

Somalia deports illegal migrants from Kenya - BBC News - BBC.com i am sure "NairobiWalker" is part of the people been deported, Hungry Indian ass eaters hahahahah grin
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-34733919

hahahahahaha grin imagine a war torn country asking to go back and continue licking your Indians masters asses grin?

Hahaha hahaha... Most Nigerians here are living in low income estates. They the go to malls and posh neighborhoods to take pictures and floss to their people back home

As for South Sudan, Kenya controls the largest businesses there. All top 3 banks there are Kenyan. And no, Kikuyus were not deported. Due to the war that resumed between Salva Kirr and Macharia, Kenyans were advised to go home and planes were chartered by the Kenyan government

The number of Kenyans in Somalia is very dismal except for our soldiers who are kicking ass over there. In fact Somalis are only 2nd to Nigeria on illegal immigration to Kenya

proudly Nigerian

Nigeria celebrates first home-made warship
By Will Ross
Nigeria correspondent
7 June 2012 Africa
"Proudly Nigerian" does not just apply to the
people of this vast land - the West African
giant is now building its own warships.
After nearly five years in the making, the
Nigerian navy ship or NNS Andoni was
launched with a colourful event.
At 31m (100ft) long, this is no giant of the
seas, but the fact that it was designed and
built in Nigeria, by Nigerian engineers, is a
great source of pride.
"We are all happy and elated," said
Commodore SI Alade, one of Nigeria's senior
naval officers.
"This is the first time this kind of thing is
happening in Nigeria and even in the sub
region."
Moments after stepping on board NNS
Andoni, sailor FL Badmus said: "I feel on top
of the world.
"I'm proud to have been picked by the naval
authorities to serve on this ship.
"We hope this is the beginning of very good
things to come and we thank God for it."
The warship was named after the Andoni
people of south-eastern Nigeria - and
several chiefs travelled to Lagos to witness
the launch - including his Royal Highness NL
Ayuwu Iraron Ede-Obolo II, wearing a top
hat, a sequin-adorned velvet gown and a
brightly coloured necklace.
The ceremony also featured multi-faith
prayers, with an imam asking God to
"protect and preserve this ship from the
dangers of the day and the violence of the
enemy", and a Christian praying: "May she
sail with success like the Ark of Noah."
The event had an interesting twist of
symbolism for the guest of honour, Nigeria's
leader, Goodluck Jonathan.
Anti-pirate ship
He is from a family of canoe makers - and
that he is now the president launching a
warship is a sign of how far he has risen.
"This is the beginning of the
transformation... and I believe in another 10
to 15 years, we can be thinking about
starting a project to take Nigerians into the
air," President Jonathan said.
The NNS Andoni could be key in the fight
against militants operating near Nigeria's oil
fields as well as the growing threat of piracy
in the Gulf of Guinea.
Piracy in Nigerian waters is on the increase
and incidents are happening over a wider
area, according to the International Maritime
Bureau.
There were 10 piracy attacks off the 780km
(485 miles) of Nigeria's coastline during the
first quarter this year - the same number
reported for the whole of 2011.
"While the number of reported incidents in
Nigeria is still less than Somalia… the level of
violence against crew is dangerously high,"
according to a recent IMB report.
The NNS Andoni is equipped with an
advanced radar system and firepower.
"With a speed of up to 25 knots (46km/h),
this can quickly go to intercept the pirates,"
said Commanding Officer Adepegba
standing on the bridge pointing out the
ship's three machine guns and the
automatic grenade launcher.
Foreign orders
The Nigerian navy reportedly wants to
acquire 49 more vessels over the next 10
years. But how many will be home built?
Orders are already in - for three from a
French shipbuilder, and six from Singapore.
President Jonathan recently approved the
acquisition of two large patrol vessels from
China Shipbuilding and Offshore
International, a mainly state-owned
company.
In an effort to boost local industry, one of
the Chinese vessels is meant to be 70% built
in Nigeria.
NNS Andoni was dwarfed when a 105m-
long frigate steamed past during the
ceremony - with all the officers cheering on
deck.
NNS Thunder, a veteran of the Vietnam War,
arrived at the beginning of the year, a gift
from the US.
Eyebrows were raised when it was
announced that the monthly fuel bill of the
45-year-old ship would be $1m (£650,000).
When this year's navy's $450m budget was
discussed at the House of Assembly in
January, one senator described the donated
ships as hand-outs that could become
liabilities rather than assets.
There were also calls for corruption to be
plugged.
"Corruption has sucked the blood out of our
system. So we have to depend on hand-
outs," one senator lamented.
NSS Andoni's fuel bill will certainly be lower
than NNS Thunder.
'No indigenous touch'
After parading on the deck, the naval
officers took photos of each other with
mobile phones - clearly delighted with the
new ship.
"It's a great day. It's taken over five years
but it's worth it," said a smiling Kelechi, one
of the engineers.
"We came up with the design, the expertise
and about 60% of the materials were locally
sourced. The engines, generators and
navigation equipment came from outside."
Nigeria is one of Africa's biggest oil
producers, but this has not so much helped
as hampered the development of local
industries because the country has relied so
heavily on imported goods.
As he launched NNS Andoni, President
Jonathan lamented the decline of industries
that had been strong not long after
independence in 1960.
"We had Nigerian Airways, the Nigerian
shipping line and a number of investments
that were doing well. But because there was
no indigenous touch, all these died," the
president said.
"We are told that some countries that were
on par with us are now building aircraft,
choppers and other things," he said, adding
that Nigeria had for a long time not
embraced technology.
The president suggested sending the
brightest students of engineering to the
best universities in the world.
"Then let them come back and work in
Nigeria because we cannot continue to be
importing. We have a very large market and
even what we consume alone is enough to
support an industry."
"We have this market, we must use it,"
President Jonathan said - before laying the
keel to mark the start of work on the second
"Made in Nigeria" warship.

I think it would take a long time before Kenya can upgrade Kibera, Mathare and all other Nairobi slums. Kenyans centred everything in Nairobi, leaving other parts of their country to deccay or without economic life.

Take me for instance, i'v been to Lagos only once in my life. I really see no reason why i have to live in Lagos or be connected to Lagos because almost everything i can get in Lagos i can get from Abuja, Kaduna or Jos.

It's so sad that so many people are living in such terrible conditions in Kenya even with all the foreign assistance, NGOs, govt support e.t.c.

Lol... If it comes to slums Lagos is the leader in Africa. You even have floating slums. That is some next level shit.. Hahaha

Also there are very many Kenyans who've never been to Nairobi. We have other cities, MSA which is one of the largest tourist destinations in Africa and Kisumu.

In fact, Nairobi is not among the top 5 counties in per capita wealth locally.

same way Kenya can't. And it appears with our 4000mw, we have been able to build a far greater industrial base than the whole of East Africa put together.

It appears that despite that, we have a banking sector larger than the whole of east africa put together.

It appreas that we have a stock exchange far larger than the whole of stock markets in East Africa put together!

What have you done with your erratic power supply?

We have no blackouts. We have consistent 24/7 power in our homes. The irony is that Nigerians leave electricity at work and go to pitch black houses... Hehe

You useless liar.

Not all Ghanaians are connected to electricity and the generate over 2000mw but still have power issues sometimes. Population of Ghana is just above 20 million.

Kenyans are deceiving themselves claiming 2000mw is giving them 24/7 electricity even with a population that doubles that of Ghana.

Reports still shows that most parts of Nairobi still don't have access to electricity.

Hahahaha... Which reports?? Lagos has no power for almost 40-50% of Each day in VI, Yaba, Lekki and Ikoyi which are where I have been to something very foreign to us.

We are the 8th largest producer of geothermal power in the world. Check Wikipedia. We produce a total of 2177MW for a population of 45m people who while Nigeria produces a total of 4500MW for almost 200m people.. Lol.. What a JOKE

it appears the guy wasn't even a drug cartel in the first place.

To steal from a Nigerian, all the kenyans have to do is tell the world he is a drug lord. What nonsense!

Hahahaha... You Nigerians are known the world over for your 419 scams, drug trafficking and smuggling and overstating your visas in all countries of this world especially in UK and the US and South Africa and Kenya in Africa

the truth remains that Nigeria produces more electricity than Kenya and would have produced constant electricity if she has few industries and demands like Kenya .
please don't forget , list of the owners of the tallest buildings in Kenya ?

Hahahahahahahahahahaha hahaha.... Lol.. You have made my day.

A country whose capital city cannot sustain continuous continuous power for even half a day. I have had a black out twice this year in Nairobi and in both this lasted for only about 2hrs.

I stayed in a hotel at VI and couldn't believe that a 5 star hotel is affected by power blackouts everyday and have to switch to generator twice or thrice a day.

Not to mention even the airport which even looks more of like a market than an airport cheesy cheesy

Your locally manufactured faulty weapons must be the reason why boko haram is kicking your ass.. Hehehe
