I have an agent in my Nigeria who proposed a skilled worker sponsorship to me. He is a good friend so I believed and also introduced people to him. Unfortunately he was scammed and I have a lot of people on me to refund their money. The matter has been reported to the police in Nigeria and investigation is going on currently. Pls I am in the uk and also scared because some people don’t believe me and keep saying they will report to the authorities in the uk I scammed them, which I didn’t do. Pls what can I do? All the payments were made in naira though. If I get reported to the authorities in uk, can I be sanctioned here even when the case has been reported in the police station in Nigeria and I have evidences that my plug has reported it

I think it shouldn't affect you and if at all, so long as you can prove your innocence, you should be good.

So, depending on your current level of education/or the level of study you're applying for, you could send them one of the following: Bachelor's Transcript (Assuming you have one), a letter from your current or past employer (within last 2 years) attesting to your good English proficiency or your WAEC or Neco result showing you got at least a C grade.
