The price is fair enough, is like the technician did not make provision for water heater in all the bathrooms.

Also, how many AC's did he allowed for in each apartment cos the no of 4mm looks small compare to the number AC that suppose to be in a standard 2-bedroom flat. Normally 3nos. of AC to be in a standard 2-bedroom and the 4mm suppose to be for AC and cooker control unit.

Although I don't know your location or what you want to use inside or if it's an engineer supervising for you, but I got a quote of 400k (complete with workmanship) for wiring 3 bedroom with visitors room. I'm supervising myself.
