I applied for a job back in July, did the first interview in August, and completed a final practical interview in September. After that, I didn’t hear anything from them until recently when they reached out asking if I could resume work in December.
The salary they’re offering is ₦170,000 (Monday through Fridays), and transport fare to the office is about ₦1,000 per day.

However, I’m currently working remotely and earning $200- I have been with them for over 11 months next month would make it a year, and I also just received another offer of ₦250,000 (net) with ₦2,000 daily transport.
On top of that, there’s yet another remote offer of ₦300,000.

I’m really confused because the company that reached out last (300k) is the one I’ve been in discussions with since September, and it looks like I might start with them on December 1st, 2025.

I’m not sure which option is best at this point.
