There is nothing wrong with the petition move. It's a global practice. This will help bring the canadian government notice to the unecessary delay at the Accra processing office.

Some of us here need to get off our timid ways real fast.

And many years later, Accra office is still notorious for delays. I guess they are still short staffed when compared to bigger Visa offices.
